I am so jealous because by me the Home Depot and Lowe’s don’t have outdoor plants yet, thank you for taking us with you to see all those beautiful plants 🌱
After watching your box store tours, I find myself frequently at Lowes just seeing what I might find. I actually got that concrete bunny on clearance in January for $7.37. I had no idea they were that expensive originally! Thanks for another great video!!
Hi Karen, How wonderful, thats a score on the bunny! I'm glad you enjoy these videos. I also love to visit often from Spring through Fall. Weekly actually. Always cool things to be found. And each year they carry new and different things I've never seen before. So its an adventure!
Hi Bree, Great idea! So fun to use evergreens in containers for year round interest, and then we can use them in our garden when they have outgrown the containers.
Great video, Steph! Always enjoy your Lowes and Home Depot inventory tours. This year I'm thinking about adding a tree or two in my landscape. Specifically, a Colorado Blue Spruce specimen and a multi trunk white river birch for a wetter area of my yard. Though I am also in love with magnolia trees so we will see what happens. At these great prices I can probably get all three, but I may want to start out with a slightly larger size. It all depends on how fast growing these specimens are. Thanks again for doing the legwork for us.
Hi Jolie! Thank you so much, and I'm glad you enjoy them. Colorado blue spruces are absolutely beautiful, just give them a good amount of space. Yes, the multi stem river birch, gorgeous!! I agree, the prices at box stores are such that it makes it affordable to get all 3. The tags offer a good guide in terms of size light conditions etc. But a quick google search can also give more insight. Have a great weekend!
lol right?! I ran out of potting soil when doing my winter sowing. But also, I find any opportunity to visit lowes/home depot, and walmart garden centers this time of year. Luckily for me, the grocery store is sandwiched in between HD and Lowes so weekly visits 😂
Hi Stef🌺what abeautiful and wonderful plants . I have lilac and big magnolia tree the white big flowers and these two magnolias are very nice I will get them also the other shrubs . Havd awonderful day .🌻🌺🌻
Thanks so much Steph for this one! Gets me super excited to see what our Lowe’s will do here in Michigan in a cpl of weeks, if not less! Thanks for sharing! 🙏🏼😊♥️
Hi Mary, and I love having you along! Yes, you do!! Such beautiful shrubs for winter interest. A great one is the artic fire dogwood by Proven Winners. I've seen them at lowes also, so they should get some as the season goes on.
Hi Jasmine! Yes I was so excited to see the stuff roll in, makes me even more excited for the upcoming gardening season. I agree, I was happy to see prices have not changed much at all. Only a $1 difference on some things for example 12.98 to 13.98, I'll take it!
I’m feeling a trip to Lowe’s in my future. The prices aren’t as shocking as I thought they’d be. No pressure but I’m looking forward to a Home Depot trip soon 🤭. Thanks for doing the advance work.
Hi Dora, I'm heading to HD next! Stay tuned 😉 and your absolutely right, the prices weren't as scary as I had anticipated. Not much of a hike thankfully! Thanks so much for watching, and I hope you get to garden center shop soon!
Hi there, I hope you find some. This was the first year I found any. So maybe its a sign they'll begin selling them at more stores in our area going forward. Fingers crossed!
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your videos. I’ve visited my zone 7 local Lowe’s after watching one of your excellent videos and have gotten some really great deals. I’ve been looking for a pink pussy willow forever! I will be looking for one at my local Lowe’s regularly now. Wish me luck that I will finally find one! Thanks, Steph!!
HI Margie, Your so welcome!! I'm so glad you enjoy them, and have found some deals. Sometimes they get some cool things. The pink pussy willow was a fun find! Hope you find one Margie!! 🤞
So I went to Lowe’s and finally found the pink pussy willow that I’ve wanted for so long! If not for your video, I would have missed it. I’m thrilled! Thanks again, Steph!
omg im so so jealous, we don't even have violas and pansies here in Minnesota stores, forget that, we don't even have trees!!! there is NOTHING in our garden centers yet, no dormant trees, no arborvitaes , no evergreens, - NOTHING!!! we still have winter conditions and snow up to your knee 🙄🙄🙄 I am jealous of zone 6 so so much, heck I'm even jealous of zone 5 .. major garden envy ..🙄🙄😅😅😅
Hi Olga, soon enough. We just got these in this week. Although luckily our winter has been fairly mild. Lots of rain, but not much snow. I'm sorry your having a tough winter. I hope it clears up for you soon and you can begin to enjoy Spring.
I made a trip to Costco and Lowe’s is across the street. They are in zone 7 and I’m in 5b so of course they got some trees in, not as much as you have yet though. We could still get a freeze so it was just a look. If I saw that pink Pussy willow though I would have picked up in heartbeat. Going to have to keep an eye out, pussy willows do well in my wet yard.
Hi Terri, I was so excited to see inventory starting to arrive. Means the gardening season is upon us. The pink pussy willow as a cool find for sure! I hope you find one near you 🤞
I'm a little superstitious and won't buy a cement bunny or deer, because I'm worried that will bring the real thing Heaven forbid! It's enough that I have to fight the groundhogs and pigeons to stay away.
I just laughed when I read your comment. Isn't that the truth?! I deal with a herd of deer that come through regularly, there's a groundhog home under my neighbors shed, and bunnies also frequent my yard, but thankfully they stick to the clover...for now! It is tough to contend with wildlife when we have gardens.
I have the water nozzle as well. I agree with your assessment.
trima kasih sudah berbagi pengalaman sangat membantu sekali 👍
I am so jealous because by me the Home Depot and Lowe’s don’t have outdoor plants yet, thank you for taking us with you to see all those beautiful plants 🌱
Ours just started getting them this week! hope yours get them soon as well. Thanks for watching.
I agree. Here from NY. But gives me a heads up

Love little giant! Have two in pots in my yard and will plant in the front garden bed.

@@HookedandRooted - Absolutely! 🙂
Wow ... thanks great information ❤ These are only zone 3 or 4 😔.
Hi there, thanks for watching. I know, its tough to find hardy to zone 2 or even 1. Blue Spruce are rated to zone 2.

You’re so welcome Jaimely, I also can't wait for warm days in the garden 😊
Glad to hear we are not the only ones making random trips to Lowes for more potting soil!🤪
lol right?! I ran out of potting soil when doing my winter sowing. But also, I find any opportunity to visit lowes/home depot, and walmart garden centers this time of year. Luckily for me, the grocery store is sandwiched in between HD and Lowes so weekly visits 😂
As always, thanks for the heads up. The hint on Tractor Supply was great. I will be a customer in the future. Bought some dahlias already.
Glad to help Maureen, I was also surprised to see how much variety they had. Have a great week!
Thanks for sharing I live in a zone 3 so we have no shrubs or trees yet. I am excited for spring weather and planting.
Hi Jenni, Probably another month, you'll start getting things. We made it, Spring in a couple days and we'll be outside before we know it!
Hi Stef🌺what abeautiful and wonderful plants . I have lilac and big magnolia tree the white big flowers and these two magnolias are very nice I will get them also the other shrubs . Havd awonderful day .🌻🌺🌻
Hi Lina, Magnolias are so beautiful as are lilacs, and both so fragrant! A real treasure in the garden. A treat for the senses. Thanks for watching!
Hi Steph!🙂👋🏽
Hey Jill!! Thanks for stopping by 😊
Thanks so much Steph for this one! Gets me super excited to see what our Lowe’s will do here in Michigan in a cpl of weeks, if not less! Thanks for sharing! 🙏🏼😊♥️
Your very welcome Stacey, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I was so excited to walk in and see they had gotten inventory. A new gardening season is upon us!
Ours in Metro Detroit got a good looking shipment in this week
Yay! I love shopping with you Steph! 🥰 I need that Red Twig Dogwood!! 😍
Hi Mary, and I love having you along! Yes, you do!! Such beautiful shrubs for winter interest. A great one is the artic fire dogwood by Proven Winners. I've seen them at lowes also, so they should get some as the season goes on.
Nice tour Steph. Your Lowes appears to be very nice. I may need to make a trip to our Lowes before the Spring planting frenzy begins here in Arkansas!
Hi Ruth, we are lucky to have a nice Lowes nearby. Spring is here!!
Thank you, I was just heading out to vuy mulch on sale for $2 each
Yes it is on sale this week! Great price to grab some mulch. Have fun!
Beautiful selection of plants and it looks like the prices haven’t changed much since last year 🥰

Just bought a "Little Lady Lilac" @ lowes yesterday! 😄
Yay! Enjoy!
Thanks for the video Steph!
Love Anu @Toronto

Beautiful plants ❤️
That’s it. I’m moving 40 minutes to where you are 😊
lol Meghan, I'm sure your stores are getting stuff now too, at least I hope so. Such an exciting time of year! Have a great weekend!
I'm still searching every home depot and lowes for Helabores since your found some there. So far no luck for me :)
Hi there, I hope you find some. This was the first year I found any. So maybe its a sign they'll begin selling them at more stores in our area going forward. Fingers crossed!
Hi Steph! Thank you for sharing❤. I love the frog statues you have in your garden, can you share where you found them? Thanks again!
Hi Stephanie! your very welcome. The frogs I have I purchased at BJ's wholesale, and Ocean State Job Lot.
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your videos. I’ve visited my zone 7 local Lowe’s after watching one of your excellent videos and have gotten some really great deals. I used to get lots more little plants from Lowe’s but they normally have the same things year after year and I need something different 🤔
I made a trip to Costco and Lowe’s is across the street. They are in zone 7 and I’m in 5b so of course they got some trees in, not as much as you have yet though. Did you happen to see any witch hazel at Lowe's
HI Jackie, No witch hazel. I'm looking for them also. If I come across any, I'll be sure to feature them in a store vid.
Where are you located because the prices in Michigan are 3x's as much as the prices mentioned. Those 1 gallons are 30.00 here.
Massachusetts, which also tends to be a very expensive state. Which plants specifically are you finding are more than they are here?
I'm a little superstitious and won't buy a cement bunny or deer, because I'm worried that will bring the real thing Heaven forbid! It's enough that I have to fight the groundhogs and pigeons to stay away.
