@CashmanKev light weight feels like nothing on my shoulders, great range of motion. I play db so its easier to make plays instead of other shoulder pads
I use a Xenith ShadowXR with a prowl facemask, a normal lowkey Opro mouthpiece, 2in1 Carbon Pad with a Backplate, Xenith gloves, Nike vaper 360 pro and the Last and most important a sweatband in the wrist 😅
Imo and experience, the eyeguards benefit DB'S as a way to map their vision field. Think of a corner in man coverage. He needs to center his vision on his receiver, and have the ability to take a quick look to identify the ball or another receiver who makes the catch. the quick look is more focuxes cause he got them places aside of of one of the eyguard. Same with a safety on zone

DB is also required to tackle sometimes, 2 in 1 pads don’t allow you to do that
