You're the second guy I watched on how to schedule in advance. Even in other comments I saw, no one has that button by the confirmation button. I don't either. Uber may have changed their software? But that button is not their anymore.
Trying to use Uber for the first time button is nowhere to be seen. Uber is more than hopeless to me without being able to schedule a ride . If I have an appointment and have to book at the time and nobody available to pick me up what’s the point to unreliable
I had an issue where we scheduled an important ride to a bus departure, and when the time came, no drivers were available. The way you talk in this video it sounds like drivers are notified in advance? Is this true? Is this feature fixed?
I scheduled a trip for tomorrow at 12.45. When I check the info in 'your trips' it says the trip is for tomorrow at 11.45. So I cancel it and rebook, only to have the same problem again. Each time I get a notification telling me I might incur a cancellation fee. Had to call uber to make sure I hadn't been charged. Total waste of time and energy. Won't bother using it again as uber can't even provide the service they offer.

How do I cancel a pre scheduled trip? There’s no where on the app that can confirm someone is coming at 5am to take me to the airport.
