I love there are so many dreamie clips because it means that they had good people around them while they had to grow up under the company. After their concert The Dream Show 2, the training unit noonas made this really cute instagram post of the dreamies talking about how far they have come and how they used to give them milk (with photos of baby jeno and jisung drinking milk lol) when they were trainees but now they give them champagne to celebrate achievements 😭
NCT are definitely pretty close with their stuff and have good relationships with most of the people they meet on sets which is great to see! I do remember in the past hearing about some issues with NCT's staff, in their earlier years, but luckily that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Being staff and management for kpop idols must be a pretty insane job, a lot of pressure and long days for you. NCT had an episode of The NCT Show where they went SM interviewing people, they talked to NCT members, but also multiple members of their staff and there was a lot of fascinating information shared!
