Good thing about New Zealand is they only cares about level of education, if you are going for direct Masters degree level 9, no matter how many years their course will be usually, you should qualify for PSW automatically after graduation. Your PTE is genuine and accepted

Yes you have to do direct masters for period of over 18 months or 2 years so that after your visa approval, you can file your dependent visa
