TBH blue team won that boss the moment the fight was reduced to Murky sitting on 3 reloading health potions vs 2 enemy heroes. Lunara and Jaina shouldn't have gone back to contest (though their team would probably flame them for not going back)
Honestly though, based on my own matches as Deckard; that Murky deserves most of the praise for beating the odds and having brains enough to make use of said potions :P

Hanzo's Dragon Arrow first + Zombie wall + Lorenado from Deckard = all the time without can make anything and eating all the damage from Nazeebo and the others, but I think yes, the most damage was from the Nazeebo himself and their ult/frogs/spiders and probably Tyrande + Hanzo.

There are two suggestions up in the commentaries: either it's small time window between enter and exit of mines passage during wich character don't exist on the battlefield, or it's some kind of bug when enemy is not teleported if there is terrain obstacles between enemy and timeloop teleport point.
