Same tires 3 inch lift on my crv, does great, dunes, mud, wouldn't take it crawling but definitely great overlander commuter. Gas mileage superb and pretty capable
With that body lift you could do a tummy tuck and bring up the transfer case to get more clearance. I think it's popular to get a 4" lift with 1" body lift. I would just leave the body lift and do the tummy tuck.
Thanks bro! Yes I actually have a new interior mod to do soon, I know interior doesn’t sound exciting but trust me this will be a good one. My favourite mod for any vehicle! Without giving it away it cost around $1500 so it’s gonna be a nice addition, I hope lol
Mike, What engine do you have in your CRV? Sounds good. The squeak from your rear diff can be fixed by flushing the rear diff and replacing the fluid with Honda dual pump 2 fluid. Honda recommends flushing once, driving it and flushing again. The diffs came with ATF in them but there was a TSB about the noisy diffs and the DP2 fluid is what is now used.
I spoke with him and he said he’s changed it out like 5 times already. Just picked up a diff from a 2011 and put that in already. Gonna be a bit better I think.
Right on I hear those ramp up faster on engagement. Hilariously enough my buddy and I scored a complete99 5spd crv w b20b/gsr frankenstein with a bunch of bells and whistles last night for 500 bucks. The goodies are getting sold and I'm going to claim it and drive it. My 2 best friends have manual crv. One of which is oem and the other is a 97 that was auto to manual swapped and has been to date the most challenging honda swap I've done to date due to there being no 1997 manual crv. They were all 98-01 so the chassis integration to retain obd2b functions and stock stock stock swap it required a chassis subharness to be swapped as well as a gas tank. XD

They’re actually awesome for what they are. Super capable vehicles
No problems with it in loose sand?
CR-V owner thank you for bringing it here, i got the same exact one, i love it more now!
My mom owns a 1998 Honda crv she loves it it a very reliable small suv great gas mileage and handles like a rally car very good for sharp turn
mike ,s crv is crazy
Here for that Honda. Nice name
You gotta see the video I posted yesterday then. He got a new diff and was really sending that CRV this time lol
I’m a CR-V owner I like to see what they can do I like going on trails hopefully one day I can get a Jeep something like big bird 😅 Great video bro!
Thanks bro
Dame shing con la perro!
What rim size was in crv in this video ?
Let’s go crv and big bird!!!
Man I need a 5th ctr wheel. Looks fun in the crv btw.
They’re freshly powder coated too lol
Awsome video.keep them videos coming.:)
Thanks man! Glad to have you out with us!

My fenders were cutting into my tires. It wasn’t about the clearance under the jeep.
Planning to get the tummy tuck eventually but first I need to get a slip yoke eliminator
Got some of that 'definitely not it' whoops in Death Valley.
They’re actually a lot of fun if you dial in your speed perfectly
Awesome video brother….. keep them coming, also any upgrades coming soon to the new Jeep.

Motor is all stock, suspension is still stock too. I think it’s a b20
@@SmokinMonkeyOG yeah. Stoxk engine is a b20b. Sounds throaty though. He must have an intake on it.
Ya he has an intake but that’s all he’s done to it other than rims
Where are you located?
Near Toronto
The viscous in that crv rear diff sounded tired toward the end
It was lol he ended up replacing the diff with one from a newer generation of CRV

Nice score!
The jeep is lifted, with bigger tires, the CR-V is not, that's not fair
He actually had a lift he’s waiting to put on but it does awesome in stock form
Still surprised how good it does stock
I agree lol that thing’s awesome
CRV sounds bogged down all the time
He was running on 3 cylinders lol but he put a new (used) engine in recently and he’s back out on the trails
should get a lsd or locking diff for the crv
He actually slapped a diff from a 2011 in the other day. Makes a huge difference
