Namaskarra ! I'm a second Generation Mangalorean born and brought up in Mumbai, hence don't either know Kannada or Tullu. Prepared Coorgi Pork several times before, but decided to give it a try after watching your Video. Looks very tempting and definitely gonna prepare it for Sunday, a few days before so, the longer Prepared and stored in a Earthern Vessel, the dish masala will sink into the Pork and enhance the Taste. 😊 Another feature, I liked and enjoyed listening to the accompanied Audio. Felt mesmerized. 😊
