Seeing you clean out the corn into between his toes was one of the most satisfying things ive ever seen! I cant even explain how much i wanted you to carve out that core and it was so amazing to see just how thick it was. Crazy! Great job as always!!!! 😊
The corn removal between the toes is what I've been waiting for. Didnt know you COULD GET a corn there. Interesting, satisfying... Blessings to you Doc and your patient!
Dr Kevin I love watching you help people. I wish you were closer to where I live. I have issues with my feet and my doctor only clip my nails. I have a callus under my foot and she told me to use a scraper at home. I am diabetic and am afraid to do it myself. I need a doctor like you to help me with my feet. You are a great and compassionate doctor. Keep up the good work.
You know he's in no pain when he's taking the opportunity to sleep 😂🤣😂 amazing job Dr and thanks to your patients for their kindness in allowing their treatment to be shared with the viewers.
You do the most thorough job on patient's feet. When a gentleman comes in with so many problems it's obvious he's not going to a Dr enough, and it's also obvious you aren't letting him go until you've done everything you can. Patient care is No 1 here and I'm impressed.
I am a huge fan doctor Jefferson. You have some really interesting cases. I love your three takeaways from the videos. They are very informative. Love the way you engage your patients in conversation, especially about what they need to do to maintain healthy feet.
I wish all podiatrist were as through as you. I can't think of one that would spend an hour and actually transform someone's feet. I really enjoy watching you work.
I was looking forward to this for days now.. Lol I wanted to see that inbetween the toe corn... I wanna see the rest of what u do with it! You are a rock star doc... Simply amazing!
Dr. Jefferson, it's amazing to watch you work, and to see how you interact with and advise your patients. What you achieve physically for your patients, and the confidence you bring to them is a genuine pleasure to watch. I know many of them feel blessed by having you look after their problems - their relief from pain and uncertainty is so great. I'm a long way from Washington D.C. here in nortwest of Canada, and foot specialists are few. That in itself is a pity, because I know others who would benefit from expert care and advice. Seeing the issues that your patients have has shown me the nature of problems with my own feet that should be treated by a professional. I was forced to retire prematurely because of a disability; one consequence of that is trying to remain not just ambulatory, but mobile. Although I have yet to locate a specialist, I've learned a lot about the specific nature of certain problems, and their effects. I'm following as much of your self-care advice as I can, and that alone really makes a difference. Often, knowing what _not_ to do is as important as knowing how to be proactive in looking after my feet. Thank you for the work you do, and the videos you post. They're an education for me, since I live alone - as well as giving me some guidance about what needs professional attention. Best regards from northern Alberta, Canada.
Sometimes I wish you would talk more about what you are seeing and doing with each patient. Its pretty interesting. I love listening to Dr Pimple Popper. Learn a lot. Thanks for posting this!
Dr Kevin, would a change of footwear help this gentleman? He reminds me of someone that has been wearing wellington boot type shoe, without socks. What could he do to help himself abit that he’s not already doing. Thank you Dr Kevin for taking good care of him,I can hear in his voice he is so grateful.xx
I don't remember the surgery plan coming up in part 1 but I sure hope it will help those little toe bones to rub less, especially with his looooooong work hours.
Great job today. I dated a guy year's ago. He had that same thing in between his pinky and 4th toe. Never knew what it was. Drove him crazy. He would go at it. He didn't like the doctor much.
The skin might be thin under the callus, but there's a fat layer under it, and under that muscle tissue before you get to bone. So not to worry, Doc knows his anatomy.
I am so curious that I can't help asking you: how people let their feet in such a poor condition ? I just can't understand the existence of so many patients in similar disastrous situation. They just don't only seem to trim their toenails and callous but also they simply do not wash their feet !!!! Are they representative of your regular patients or, maybe, if I may, are they homeless or poor people for whom you perform a humane, generous attention ? Sorry if I appear to be offensive in some way but English is my second language and sometimes I may happen to be misunderstood. Greetings from Brazil.
Doc we have to get you a slogan so you can have merch.!! I lost it between the toes good lord!!! This why I don't date men with bad feet. It's part of hygiene!!
Dr.Jefferson, you have "BLESSED" and "GIFTED" hands.
My goodness that corn in between the toe... Amazing. Thank God he has you for his doctor.

I remember hearing my Grandmother say "Your Life is in Your feet", if there's any truth to that saying, this Gentleman has lead a hard life!
Another amazing job Doc. Bravo!!!
God bless the hardworking owner of these feet! So glad he got treatment for them! You can hear the relief in his voice!
He made me jump when he said ow. But he is getting the best care though.

Great video!!!! Especially pleased with the way you cleaned up the area in between the pinky toe.
That is such painstaking work Doctor and must be hard on your own hands.

Flying Beaver the Toe Bro is in Canada, but Toronto is far from you, isn’t it? I’m from Australia, so I’m not sure of the distances.
The thicker the chunks of skin that come off the better. I’m in heaven watching this 😍👍🏽
I was waiting on this one....
Wow my God..bless their heart
An hour and a world of difference
Those are some hard working feet!
Thanks be ti God tha doctor has a steady hand.

Great job
Wow, that was crazy. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
269th viewer, 40th like Lol 😂. Great job by an excellent doctor.
What makes you use at 10 blade over a 15 blade? I work at a podiatry office and my doctors use 15 blades
Dang...I should've bought popcorn, this is better than animal planet....
Great job today. I dated a guy year's ago. He had that same thing in between his pinky and 4th toe. Never knew what it was. Drove him crazy. He would go at it. He didn't like the doctor much.
Ooo man that was huge!
Awesome!
Wwwwhhhhooooaaaa
I feel for this guy.
👍👍👍👍👍 Great!!
Awesome! Would using a curette work on some of the stuff between the toes?
Does all your patients soak their feet 🦶? Before each procedure begin ?
Your hands and fingers have got to cramp after all the work you put in to scrape his soles!
Dr. How do you know how far to shave down the calluses/corns? Sometimes I think you're going to hit bone.
The skin might be thin under the callus, but there's a fat layer under it, and under that muscle tissue before you get to bone. So not to worry, Doc knows his anatomy.
The core from that corn 😳🤯
I wonder how many blades he had to change
awsome wow
continuação por Favorr!!
Dam where is is Pinky toe Toenail😨😨😨😨
I’ll never look at a cheese grater the same
do you soak their feet? It would be so much easier.

Ouch!
Why do people wait that long to become it that worse?
👍
What causes his feet to get this way? Is it his job? Poor guy
Not too deep.... that looks deep
I need a taco after this video
Can he not reach his feet or is this neglect? There are so many different issues going on
You need sand paper to work on his feet There so much dry skin.
OMG! I can smell that foot!
