Hey, here's one of the songs I contributed with for Hypno's Lullaby, which is a popular FNF mod about Pokemon creepypastas. I had the honor to create a song for DISABLED. It's about a Wigglytuff pokemon that continues to struggle and struggle with singing and the same tense feeling of a typical Pokemon VS Pokemon battle. I actually created this track around 8-9 months ago so I apologize if it sounds a little bit outdated. It's honestly a shame with what happened with Hypno's Lullaby being canceled and the situation with Banbuds. I only hope that all the people who've been directly or indirectly involved with it can recover and move on from all of this. That's all from me, I'll see you all in the next song. :)
It doesn't suck, it physically CANNOT sing. One thing i like to point out is DISABLED looking at the player might be a reference to DISABLED asking the player if they can sing, but knowing damn well they can (PHYSICALLY, doesn't mean you have to be fuckin Eminem or smth) sing. Keep in mind it was traded randomly, not by a trusted friend, a rando. Spoiler alert Disabled says "Give me your SING." And the player drops the DS. The next morning, it is traded and is named "Hurry"
@@DilaccioLuna There is an unused cutscene at the end of the song which does exactly that. So, I think those parts where it looks at the player during gameplay is just it being aware that it is in a video game and it knows someone's playing as the pony. When the song is over, during the music box part, unused dialogue appears, and it asks to get sing and if you can sing, just like the original.
*I love how this sounds like a normal Pokémon Battle theme, except something about it is different, slowly changing into more of it’s own thing. Kinda feels like how Ponyta begins to realize that this isn’t a normal Wigglytuff, and that something is horribly wrong.*
2:51 This part always makes me melancholic. Disabled can’t do anything except Struggle, and even that hurts her more then the opposing Pokemon. Even a Wigglytuff’s most notable trait, singing isn’t something she can access. Just being traded and traded to the next person. We don’t even know what even made her this way, it’s just this moment here that we can feel her pain.

Sad to see this incredible mod disappear. This, amongst many other greats, was one of the mods that got me into FNF from the very beginning. All the work that went into this, all the brilliant people that worked on it... It's all over. Thanks for this, Saster, and the rest of the Lullaby Team.
The "final" build is floating around, so it isn't entirely gone. It was pretty much like 98% complete afaik, aside from a few sprites being missing and the options menu being busted. It's just a shame that it technically didn't get an official release. It was only 10 days away from release before this drama ended up getting it canned.

I love how it feels like the game is falling apart as the song goes on. It gradually becomes more frantic and begins to resemble Pokémon less and less. It's a really nice touch.
One of the things i like most about saster's music is how like a pianist that practices fast-paced music, saster has the ability to, in panic/very fast-paced parts of his songs, fluctuate between different melodies/musical note patterns in very short timespans, and make it sound freakin AMAZING, which i think is really noticable in this song at 1:48 i dont know _exactly_ how to explain that, but it's one of the reasons i think of saster as the best fnf mod composer
i love how at 0:57 (i think), in the mod since you aren’t playing and you get to look around you see how DISABLED looks around directly at *you,* gives an eerie feeling along with a great drop into the next part
Every aspect of this mod is incredible the music, the sprites, cutscenes, atmosphere….at this point I have completely gotten over the fact that it’s been cancelled. This completely surpassed my expectations. This is like nearly if not actually a years worth of blood sweat and tears and a lot of hard work put into this one passion project pretty much. At this point I just hope that none of the people who contributed to this mod feel like this was all a waste. I cannot express enough how amazing everybody has done on this and I mean everybody not just people who worked on sprites and songs.
I just feel pissed as fuck that people ruined the mod, resulting in a cancel. Cancel culture is brutal, the FNF coomunity is quite frankly, retarded as shit.
Y’know Saster… I’m still shocked that with all the work you’ve put and all the amazing tracks you’ve produced, you still only have 80K Subs. Your work deserves SO much more considering you’ve made some of the most popular tracks in fnf history. Keep up what you’re doin bud. And hopefully everyone recovers from all this madness.

Honestly, my favorite song from the mod. The voices are solid alone, but my G O D the intremental. The beginning sounding like the pkmn battle theme, when everything gets hype at 1:49 and everything from there just sounds PHENOMENAL, along with the last minute of the song being kinda chilling yet calm(to me atleast) just wraps it up perfectly. HOW AND WHY ARE YOU ACTUALLY CAPABLE OF NOT MAKING A BAD FNF SONG?? Outstanding stuff man. Sucks that the mod got cancelled so close to its release, but this along with the other songs, art, coding, it all still made something spectacular in the end.
I do genuinely feel bad for DISABLED, I know they're made out to be creepy sppooky ooga booga scary and all that but I don't think they're meant to be seen as a villain in any way. From what I've read they're just in a desperate attempt to not only sing, but to be of any practical use as a pokemon since ALL of their moves were disabled, the only "move" that could damage its enemies was their own painful struggling. The protagonist of that pasta was a very avid fan of the Wigglytuff line when they were younger and they occasionally sang to their plushies, it seems that DISABLED knew this and was practically BEGGING the protag to help them sing in any possible way, but all it really did was scare the poor kid into rejecting them out of confusion...

I really hope that Banbuds can recover from all of this. So much happened in just one day and it all lead to the end of the mod. I hope everyone else from the team does recover as well. They might not have been the reason the mod got cancelled but what did do that must have put quite a strain on them too.

This song had so many animations to it It had "looking at the pokemon," "mouth in view," "looking at the player," "flip sides," "glitching out," as well as unique icons for some of the animations. (I just named the animations, I don't know what they are actually called.) As well as the fact it couldn't hit any of its notes due to Wigglytuff being _disabled._ Add that with this amazing song and you have yourself one of the best parts of this mod.

almost two years after this mod came out and i found out it had a song for the creepypasta that ended up sticking with and scaring me a ton when i was a kid thank you for making this
This song is one of the best songs in the mod, let alone in the community! The battle like music and the ambient tone mixed with the visuals is amazing! And the tone at the end doesn't make you feel fear, but instead sympathy for poor DISABLED and her condition. It's an absolutely incredible song for an absolutely amazing mod!

I really like how you can tell the difference in quality of each character's singing. Especially with certain parts. The Ponyta has alot more connected notes and longer ones aswell whereas DISABLED has alot of single notes and is much faster paced.

According to the lore, this Wigglytuff (named DISABLED) in particular can only use the move Struggle...so that'd explain why things are horribly wrong

I really like how you can tell the difference in quality of each character's singing. Especially with certain parts.
The Ponyta has alot more connected notes and longer ones aswell whereas DISABLED has alot of single notes and is much faster paced.

I just realized that this is the first ever fnf song I've listened to that doesn't include the use of vowel based melodies, like how characters usually "aah", "eee", "ooo", or anything of the like. Finally, the first socially acceptable song to listen to produced by the fnf community!
To be honest, most songs in FNF are good. And the good songs have now become regular because there are so many good songs.
