are you a member in a metalcore band now? because you have the looks of it. on serious topic... as someone who had kinda similar mental state to yours, I found out that martial arts are the best way to improve, it's a sport which is always good and will improve your apetite, it will give you a space to release all the bent up anger, it will make you feel strong..... if I didn't have my knee injury I would've kept training BJJ, but you can try any martial art you like after you reseaech its effectiveness and how taxing it is .... stuff like Boxing or Muai tai are going to get you bruised all the time, while suff like Aikido and Ninjitsu are useless etc....

When I was 19-21 I got so many tattoos so quickly. Now I’m 25 and if I could go back in time I wouldn’t get half of them. I have over 40 tattoos.
