Hey Miss Page! This is a very interesting video. Not to overshare....but I developed IBS symptoms ~ a year ago. According to my research, the majority of mushroom types aggravate IBS symptoms. I never considered Chaga mushrooms. Via a quick search of Chaga benefits and IBS, the general consensus is that 'chaga mushrooms decrease inflammation in our gut, which {inflammation} can cause problems like irritable bowel syndrome. ' I'll be testing that out. So thank you!
