Regarding the Infrared Thermometer, I use mine to regularly check the temperature of my wheel hubs. Problems with brakes or bearings make themselves known via extra hot wheel hubs. I keep my thermometer in the driver's door storage; when refueling I do a walk-around of my SUV and trailer, looking for issues and "shooting" each wheel hub. Last year an extra hot hub indicated a trailer brake problem, caught it early, saved money by addressing a small problem that could have become a big $$ problem or maybe even worse. Happy travels.
We went to Alaska this summer with our RV it was a trip of a lifetime it is a must do if you have a RV it is not as stressful as you would think. The key is don’t over plan be very flexible and don’t rush it allow the time to see everything you want to see.
I got a different compact dishwasher from Scotland. I don’t know if it’s on sale for Black Friday, but they sold me on it because it uses less water than hand washing. Mine also has the fruit washing and a UV light. That said I’m not sure if I will bring it in the new smaller RV yet because of space constraints. I am looking for a dash cam system, so I will check that out
Cruise or ferries works for the SE panhandle. But it's horrible for Kenai, Denali, or the rest of the interior! Plus you skip western Canada, that's worth a summer by itself.
That is great that you will be on the Norwegian Encore cruise. Actually, we will be going on the same cruise with SwitchItUp. I am looking forward to seeing both you guys on the ship.
Any kind of DW in an RV gets my vote. I have a Fisher and Paykel that I love and didn't know portable dishwashers for RV even existed. I have a friend who inherited an older 5th wheel when his house burned down. I will tell him about it.
26 seconds into this video you are standing next to a square vent with a small round vent bug guard. Why not use a rectangular bug guard that cover the entire vent to keep bugs/bees out of the system.
Clearly, we spent hours crafting that thumbnail just to ruin your day. 😱 But hey, since you're already here, why not stick around and see if the video is as 'terrible' as the thumbnail? 😉

That's a great safety tip, thanks for sharing!
We flew to Anchorage, rented an RV from Great Alaska Holiday and had an amazing 2 weeks. 3 RV’s, 13 family members and we just went.

We are so glad you enjoyed your trip to Alaska!
What about that roof vent blocker pillow, feel like I need that!

Heated hose not necessary.
Freezing temperatures, fill fresh water tank, disconnect hose & use tank.
I can get 5 days or more on my 45 gallon tank.
With our family of 4 we will go through 80 gallons in a few days
the most common rv i saw in 2 months in Alaska were class A s from Florida

I love the idea of a compact dishwasher, great for the water savings!

Small world! Maybe we will see each other on board!

I’m loving having a dishwasher so far!
Girl you are amazing
Thank you!
Does anyone know of a vent cover for MaxAir fans? They are larger but not as deep than the vents which comes with the Rv.
Your fingernails match the heated water hose 🤣 Kelty makes the best s**t ever! 😎 And, hey, Alaska still loves bacon...imagine that! 😆
Alaska still loves him some bacon 🥓

That is a good idea - if only we could find a company that made one to fit our RV.
Wow that's weird the last video I saw it was all rving is over.... Must have been click bait
I agree!
