I just found Mack and I love his music and I can see his true love and worship of the Lord. I have bought all his music I could get my hands on. He is sincere and i'm judging from walking with the Lord since 1975 and listening to all kinds of worship music

I’d like to be constructive here, rather than just say ‘it’s great’ etc. I feel like he really means what he’s singing is genuine. On the other hand I don’t feel these are great lyrics. They feel like lines taken from a multitude of other worship songs and pulled together. Now that’s no crime, it just doesn’t feel original. I’m not questioning his heart or anything, just feel like the creative boundaries can be pushed more in the future, trying things outside the box a little. Just my honest thoughts. 👊 Lovely guy, great heart. 👍 Gorgeous sounding and looking Gibson 🎸🙌
I struggle with some Christian music for that very issue. It is interesting how a secular song like (pick one...Cigarette Daydream by Cage the Elephant...etc.) can touch our soul because of its raw, authentic true emotion, more than a over-produced, cookie cutter Christian song that sounds quite a bit like every other song on K-Love/satellite radio. It is frustrating. There are a few unique/cutting edge Christian artists out there (Josh Garrels for example) but they are rare.
Benjamin Elliott I agree, it just feels like the same Hillsong\Bethel and Elevation music. Mack is an original and a genius. I feel and know he can do better and can write touching music that will make you go , Lord, I heard your voice right there. I also believe he has a heart for this. A worshipper’s heart, so I hope people don’t take offense

Totally agree :-) And I never want to cut folk down and doubt their heart/intentions or judge their worship. I'd just love to see some more fresh and diverse expressions I guess. This will be great for some people and that's awesome as it meets them where they're at. Have a great day :-)
