You can really tell that Leppard are one band that are truly friends and actually get along like civilized people. They aren't petty at all and clearly down to earth. They are the 'nice guy band'. You can really see how much they care for each other when they were signing the record and Phil held the record for Rick. They really care about each other. Motley Crue is another band where you see touching moments like this. While it is very public that they all don't get along that well, watch any of their more recent off stage footage and you can really see how they all kind of look out for Mick and kind of protect him. They all really respect him immensely. It is nice to see.
That is one of the reasons I adore them. They are closer than the Partridge family was lol
This is the only band I know that all members can sing and they all sing in every song. Also the lead singer always share spotlight with each of the members whenever they are playing.
one of my favorite bands of all time. Rick Allen was my inspiration to become a drummer and Joe Elliot was what drove me to write and perform live. Thank you guys for all that you never knew that you did!
i wish steve clark never passed, i miss him so much, leppard has not been the same without him, the last good album leppard did was adrenalize, but nothing beets HYSTERIA that album is a masterpiece and one of rocks best albums ever
Def Leppard has been my favorite band since I was 7 years old. They're amazing live and have never ever disappointed me. Their songs are literally the songs of my childhood. I'll love them forever!!!!!

When I was 18 in 1987, I was totally in love with Joe Elliott (as were all of my girlfriends!) He looks very different now, but that's ok. He's still articulate, thoughtful, and unusually intelligent for a rock star. I still love his voice. I'm happily married, but I'm still in love with Joe. Happy memories of a more innocent time...

Def Leppard is one the longest line-up of vocals in the band history. Well, all of the men can sing but Savage and Collen is the strongest backing vocal of Joe Elliot.

It's a shame Leppard don't do more gigs in their home country. They seem to just tour in the US. Last time i saw them in the UK was in 2008 with Thunder and Whitesnake. Come home guys, we all miss you!
went to their Knoxville tour on 6/6/18 met the band got pics of them and some other fan stuff great bunch of guys and row 2 wasn't bad either

Unfortunately, they hate the first album, with the exception of wasted and rock brigade.
I know, and it's my favorite album from DL so it's sucks that they don't play anything from it. Of course, most fans have only really listened from Pyromania and Hysteria so they wouldn't know Overture or When The Walls Came Tumbling Down.

at 13:30 in the video, ive seen that guy that asked for a picture with the band.many time at these concerts. i actually sat next to him and his girl friend in Phoenix Arizona. I also THINK he proposed to his girlfriend during the concert. CRAZYYYYY

They need to do things of that first album and make them rock better than they did originally!! Anyone notice how they all keep shuffling around? Wow, so essentially the answer to the question of why did they allow Rock Of Ages in the film is because they lost what could have been a shit ton of money on the play and are now trying to make it back and hop on board. I love Def Leppard, and they always seem very genuine, but that response really made me pissed that its all about money. Just go back to touring the clubs. You have enough money at this point and they have all said they want to play stuff other than hits. True fans will do clubs
