I am new to jewelry making and saw this video on how to attach a toggle clasp. Is there a way to add an extender chain and make it work with this type of clasp?

Yes you can! Attach the extender chain to the split ring and add the toggle clasp ( any part at the end of the extender chain.. unfortunately we can hook only to the biggest setting .. if that makes sense..

You can start with the tools set in Michaels ..or the individual pliers are bit expensive but quality wise better .. zuron pliers are expensive but they are awesome ..
