Hey Matt, you haven’t really noticed this yet, so I thought I’d tell you. The plus levels on units don’t pass over to the Aku Realms and Aku Seals. Even though your seal is level 47, your cameraman will only be level 30 because he loses all of his plus levels. This is pretty important because a lot of your units rely on their insane plus levels to be “boosted”. Side note: This is also one of the main reasons why normal cats are “trash” in the aku realms.
Matt, balrog is only good with talents and boost with catseyes, hes an amazing late game uber, please invest in him, get him to 45+, and get his attack, strengthen, and other talents, hes amazing
@@damianrocky3621 I don't know kasila had better generalist abilities where kai was only really good against floating. when kai got target aku it made her arguably the best anti aku in the game. thats why with talents kai > kasila and with no talents kai < kasila
Eraser and Jangshi was the right idea for meat sheilds but use Manic eraser instead. Because of the level cap, Manic eraser is almost twice as tanky as eraser

Hey Matt: the aku seal actually removes all + levels on all of your cats until you fully break all the seals, so some of your cats with insane +levels are actually really bad until you do this
it's so cool to see you get more experienced in this game matt! crazy to think you were calling starred aliens relics just two years ago lol and yes, as a ton of other comments are saying, invest in balrog! his talents and boosting him with catseyes easily make him one of the best ubers for where you are in the game right now. oh, also, research combos don't make units recharge some % faster, they take a certain number of frames off of each cooldown - an L research combo only takes off 2.6 seconds from a cooldown, which really helps more refreshable units become completely spammable, however 2.6 seconds off of a longer-than-a-minute cooldown is pretty unnoticeable, although I suppose there were some situations in the stage where Kai being 2 seconds delayed would've mattered - just something to keep in mind. (I got the reference, I think)

If wikipedia Is to be trusted, in the story, the pied Piper ends up killing 130 children by making them walk into a river and drown themselves. There's also a version where he just holds the kids for ransom untill the town pays him back for drowning a bunch of rats.
Just so u know, with lasvoss' true form, if hes strengthened and does a savage blow he can do 700k damage, and if u get him to level 50, if he is strengthened and does a savage bow he can do 1.1M damage in a single hit. Hes a fun op unit, but his cost in catfruit is kind of really expensive
The Z-onel is trivialized by this, Research Combos, Cadaver BearCat, meatshields and Chill Cat. Upgrade to LV 4, kill the starting zombies, especially Zuche. Let the aliens get close to the base, then spam Cadaver bear, ONE single chill, and meatshields. After that there are so many stacked that the Z-onel is immediately KB-ed. After that, if the other one is still alive just let the aliens get close and repeat
Matt, please upgrade lasvoss to its true form. With enough boost, it can perform over 1 million damage, allowing it to one shot some bosses. It may be bad now, but it actually becomes a strong unit with true form!
Balrog is a heavy investment unit. u need it level 50 and max talented for strengthen and attack to make it useful. And trust me, it is very good once u do that. For aku seal, they ignore plus levels so only using catseyes to upgrade them only work to raise their level beyond 30 when u have an aku seal for the level
Matt, ik u hate using guide, but just a hint for z clionel stage: lure aliens and stack a strong anti zombie unit (preferable spammable) , kill the alien and use the stack to kill the first z clionel, repeat again (use research combo)
Hey Matt. Komuso might be useful on Realms of Aku Moon. If you time it properly it may break the boss' shield. Not really needed considering that you have talented Kai but it will make clearing Moon faster, y'know, if Kai and aku researcher are on cooldown you can use komuso who by the way is pretty spammable.
if you use cat comboes for freeze healer and perma freeze with just two healers then you can just stack warlock and pieere(?) to oneshot the base so bosses that have base precentage dont appear at all

You should get Mighty Rekon Corps true form. Since the true form gives Omni-Strike, it could hit it's target better. Also, it's really good against all traited enemies. Although, it doesn't attack traitless...
Yo matt. Just so you know, Barriers work differently from shields. Aku barriers have set HP unlike shields that need to be one shot. You can DPS check Akus with powerful units like Lasvoss.
Got so lucky on this stage because Kai shield pierced on every attack she did even though i only got her shield pierc to level 4 and that was on my first try without even having octopus in my loadout. BTW Matt if you see this, then use can can and not pizza cat to kill the black doge since she is cheaper and gives you loads of money back. I always use her to get access to my ubers quickly.

Matt balrog has the strengthen ability and thats where he gets most of his dps from. He is 100% a stat unit so the more levels the better
