Cover them in water and soak for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375. Remove the potatoes from the water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Pour the potatoes back into a dry bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and stir to coat. Sprinkle seasonings on top, and stir again to coat potatoes. Place on a baking sheet, making sure that the potatoes are not overlapping. Cook in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes. Increase heat to 425 and cook for another 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Burgers: Turn the skillet to 8 on your stove Place burger patty ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Using a large spoon, stir to mix ingredients. Using your hands, roll burger contents into a ball. Flatten to make a patty and place on a plate. Repeat until you have used all the meat. Season with extra Montreal steak spice. Place on skillet and cook for 8 minutes per side. Top with toppings and serve on your bun of choice.
