Backstreet Boys Stop Concert For Fan Who Fainted

- The Backstreet Boys stopped their concert on Sunday to help a fan who had a medical emergency and now that concertgoer is speaking out exclusively to Access Hollywood and expressing her gratitude. Stacy McKeel is a longtime Backstreet Boys fan who bought tickets to the Indiana concert two years ago. Leading up to the incident, the 37-year-old respiratory therapist told Access that she felt tired and revealed that she believes her heart condition contributed to her fainting. The incident was captured and posted on TikTok and shows AJ McLean raising his arms to get the music, singing and dancing to stop. After the show AJ also posted a video on his Instagram Story sending his best wishes to Stacy.

It really helps when the celebs on stage stop the show and help quiet things down so if medics need to step in they can work in better conditions than work around a crazy loud crowd.

Yup. As a kid, Nick was always my favorite. But as an adult, I started noticing Aj’s humble personality, and he began growing on me as my favorite. He’s like the ideal friend who would accept anyone in his social circle and can naturally befriend anyone and make them feel comfortable with very little effort.

That's great that A.J. and they did that. So great. People do care. Whoohooo. Wondering if I should say this. But this might be a coincidence but one day or night I forgot I passed out while I was here at the aprtment alone. I was standing in front of the fridge. Went to the floor. When I woke up the backstreet boy song larger than life was still playing. So I believe I was only out for a couple minutes. But it was scarey like it always is everytime I pass out. But it's good that she is ok.

I hear you. NSYNC is and was always cool and all, they’re music is good. But I’m forever a Backstreet girl. They’re so sweet and humble, they also have such a strong bond unlike some of the NSYNC members.
