You're always considered immature needing to be administered. The immature state is what most accustomed to presenting at a traffic stop. In the rules, there's a part about once done properly, Sec of State (your estate) will notice the county and others u wish to travel through of your status/property. Look up Texas assumed name (503 form). It's all based on the arms u bear. Sadly, we tend to only bear the immature states arms.
BTW, I think @23:40 they mean: Minors have a mortgage on the tutors and curators, as a security for the administration of the minor. And the tutors and curators have a mortgage on the property of the minor for advances (monetary or otherwise?) which they have made (on behalf of the minor). So the Minor has a mortgage on its caretaker so that if caretaker defaults on their duty Minor is protected. And caretaker has a mortgage on Minor to cover the expenditures towards caring for the child(?)

I'm in a time crunch on a foreclosure and thus info about warranty deed is really got me thinking. my warranty deed specifies , for and consideration of One Dollar ( with the capitol letters on theses words only seeming to be specific for a reason) and other good and valuable consideration , the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate (again in capitals seeming for a specific reason) in my County and State ... any thoughts? Then on my copy of front page of Mortgage that came with the recorded warranty deed (front page only) it specifies .. This debt is evidenced by borrowers note dated same as this Security Instrument ("Note") ... again any thoughts you care to speculate on?
