@@IXMaelstromIX thank you Maelstrom! It took a while to do the editing for this one and I wanted to take a crack some higher production for one video. I’m grateful for the amount of people I’ve reached, it’s been amazing. Couldn’t do it all without you guys and your contributions too!

@@CollinMeCrazyDude, captions alone are the worst not to mention everything else you put into this. For real, super proud of you and love seeing this from ya. Looking forward to more! Commentaries are fun but sometimes you gotta flex your creative muscles. This showed you have them in spades

It’s a constant battle of mine to live in the present. I find mindfulness meditation and body awareness meditations really help me. But my mind loves to try and teleport to the future and past. And fantasize about possible futures, both good and bad. But boy, when I allow myself to FEEL and BE and build my ability to do that, I feel like I really become my better self. I love Alan Watt’s “if money were no object” talk as well as various Buddhist teachings and Duncan Trussel’s podcast because it centers me and reminds me that societal pressures and expectations are all just imaginary, but me, my relationship and connections with others, and my current situation are what’s real and where my appreciation and gratefulness should always lie. Great video and message

@@dufflitplaysgames this is a beautiful comment. It’s not possible to always think about just the present, but it’s good to try throughout your day so as to enjoy it for what it is. All that matters is your connections to things, and what you can control. It’s never good to get caught up in things that aren’t directly affecting you so much. I’m glad you’ve found a way to what’s important, thank you for sharing ❤️
