i like how everyone feels the need to disclaim their comments with "i know the movie sucked but..." the film was fine. don't shit on it just to avoid embarrassment. a film adaptation of a series is always going to upset some people and disappoint others. but for a live action adaptation it's a pretty well-told story if you don't walk in with preconceptions and expectations. it's not the same story but it clearly has more than just a good soundtrack
