Honestly you should be so proud of yourself ♥️ being pregnant and looking after toddler must be so hard! I have 2 year old one only and sometimes I just have enough 😂 Hopefully it gets easier for you once baby girl arrives! 🎉 Congratulations we are so happy for you! ♥️
I find getting out everyday really helps with the toddler tantrums- even just a little trip out of the house- really helps! Doesn't have to cost money- just to the park, or if it is raining to the garden centre, to a pet shop to see the animals, fish shop (some near me you can feed the koi carp), even the trolley to the shops (not for the weekly shop though!) and pointing out all the different food. Basically anything is fun for a toddler- and I always make sure I am totally present during that time, no phone etc so they get full attention.
In the morning scene my impression was that George really wanted to play on the kitchen surfaces- pop the toaster, go through the cupboards etc (toddlers love that stuff!) and as you let him on for a little bit before taking him off for his safety- he acted up to get back on the kitchen surface again! Basically toddlers are great at pushing your boundaries and if you give an inch they will take a mile. I found having a stool helps them engage safely with what you are doing in a more controlled way- great for allowing them to join in with all stages of baking safely etc.
Parenting a toddler is hard work and requires a lot of time and energy!

yessss! I wasn’t that big compared to others and my son was 5 weeks early but I HATED getting out of bed - still do 😂

You're honestly doing such a great job. Being pregnant, having a toddler and pets is definitely a challenge and the toddler stage is definitely a difficult one to contend with, especially when you're doing it solo!
I hope you're at least able to have help and have some time to yourself to breathe and relax while you're going through the testing times 💖 xxx
🙈🙈 thank you! It’s a struggle, but I’m just glad Ash will be hope in the evenings for a few weeks at least, I’ve even been able to shower in the mornings the last couple of days - feels like luxury! 😅😅

I love the dungas! They saved me buying maternity tops whilst pregnant as the dungarees covered the gap where my tops were too short! 😂 Keep them! You'll grow into them 😊x

Thank youuuuu! I keep telling myself that it’s all a phase and that it will pass, it’s just a tricky time sometimes haha - deffo just have to accept it and move on without letting it frustrate us haha 🙈

Needed to hear this too, my 22 month old just refuses to eat breakfast with us atm. Doesn't want to sit on any chair to eat, hard work. I know he gets some toast at nursery but hate sending him there with no food in him
None of us know what we are doing when they kick off don't worry ❤️❤️ it's hard work!

With the plane/molly thing...I'd say "I can't let you chase molly, can you see it's making her frightened, but we can throw a ball for molly or we can play planes together" or something. If you can't play nicely then we will have to take the plane away and see it through.

But you are doing amazing! I remember how hard my 1-2 year old was when I was pregnant with my 2nd.
Also my 2nd hates being restrained and when she's calmed down I can talk to her and explain more, I find restraining her makes her even more cross and escalates the issue.
But so hard when they're always running off.

My daughter is very much like this too, whenever she wants me she just does little cries and pushes me or grabs my hand, saying mummy but her patience is non existent too, hard when I really need to do something! Doesn't do it so much with her Dad, god knows why!
We plan on having our second after my operation so my daughter will be around 2. I struggled with extreme hg with my daughter and too sick to do anything. We want to give her a sibling but it gives me anxiety being pregnant again 😅

Hang in there, I've got my baby girl in the sling and playing lego AGAIN lol. I wing it everyday but they are both happy and smiling and that's all us mummas can do. It’s not the easiest to walk Molly when it’s just me and George, but I do take them down to the park and give molly a little run around. It would be nightmare trying to vlog that too though, too many things to think about haha!
When George is at nursery and I’m working from home, I walk molly on my lunch breaks and before collecting George!
It’s much easier where there’s two of us on the weekends to go out on longer walks though! Xxx

My 2.5 year old is EXACTLY the same with our dog. It’s the age when we definitely need to set boundaries, it’s not easy though. Do you ever lose your patience?
It’s a nightmare sometimes isn’t it - sometimes they play really well together and he’s really gentle with her - other times, not so much!
I have deffo snapped a couple of times, but learned pretty quickly that it only makes matters worse in the long run! It’s so hard though 🙈

Thank you 🥹 don’t get me wrong, some weeks I struggle with the balance of it all - I’m tired from working all week and solo parenting, but want to do fun and exciting activities when we have the time to - some weeks look better than others and that’s okay. I just try to not feel the pressure and guilt to be perfect all the time, that’s the only way to avoid burnout i think 💗
I've watched some of your videos here. Can I just give you a little bit of constructive criticism? It makes it really hard at times to watch the videos because of the wobbly camerawork. You can use a tripod instead of holding the camera in your hand. It will make such a difference.
You look very cute in dungarees but I get what you are saying about feeling weird when changing style 😂

Have you tried letting him make his own brekkie? My girls 1.5yrs and she’s been doing her own cereal for a little while. Pours the cereal and milk in no grabs her spoon. Stopped the morning tantrums
I’ll deffo try this, most of the time he’s too tired to help me, but other times he would love nothing more than to poor out some porridge haha! Just depends on his mood really!🙈
