    Activity Flow:
    1. Two teams playing against a third team
    2. The two teams trying to keep possession (now yellow and blue against green)
    3. If the third team wins the ball, they are playing together with an other team (the team who lost the ball, must defend from now on)
    4. If the ball is out of the playing area, the coach provides a new one (rule still the same: whoever loses the ball, must defend (whole team))
    5. Special task for your goalkeepers - they are allowed to catch and throw. If a ball is in the air, they can catch it and "pass" (throw) it to their team-mate
    Organization:
    1. Size of Playing area depends on player numbers (for example: 3+3 vs. 3 - 20x20m / 4+4 vs. 4 - 30x30m)

    Coaching Points:
    1. Game intelligence - All the players have to be quick in their heads, when there's a change of possession they have to know which color I have to play with
    2. Observation (coach) - Start slowly and easy and try to observe your players (Who is struggling? How can I help them? Don't be scared to change the size of playing area even during the practice. Adapt the exercise to your team level. Check the variations for different scenarios
    3. Movement - Movement to create space to receive the ball for yourself or a team mate
    4. Transition to Attack - The moment in the game when the team have regained the ball
    Variations:
    1. Easier - Change the defending team after a certain time period, good way to start this practice, players need time to adapt
    2. Rule - When you have two goalies in one team, it is not allowed to throw the ball to each other, after a throw you need to control the ball with your feet
    3. Harder - Adapt the size of the playing area
    4. Harder - Bring in limitations (for example: only two touches allowed, but be careful: That's not always the right way to do it because players could make the wrong decision based on the limitation rule)
