I flew on the British airways 747-400 every time I visited India. It gave me beautiful memories. I flew on it 7 times back and forth between the USA and India until British airways retired the 747. Salute to the queen of the skies. 🫡

I remember playing with friends when a British Airways Boeing 747 Would Fly over my house and I would see all sorts of commercial aircraft fly over my house as I used to live in the flight path of Heathrow Airport
In my opinion, they should put one of the Boeing 747s in a museum. If all were destroyed, the only things we’d have left are photos and videos. It’s one thing to see something in a video or photo. But it’s another thing entirely when you see the object in the photo right in front of your own eyes. I can’t bear the thought of not having a least one left to be displayed as a piece of history. Kind of like being displayed in a hall of fame. A hall of fame is where this beauty belongs!
