I don't think that Event Task Chain is the Community event, since it hasn't started yet, which I'm guessing will begin later on into the update and Pixonic will be making an announcement for it as well in their social media!
I really hope so too, since it'll be really anticlimactic if that actually is the Community Event and we all been lied too from their 10.4 overview video

I read every single task... and they are VERY hard. We need to deal damage with zeros than I want to count by a specific robots, as well as catch tens of beacons and just some other nonsense

Tbh I was expecting a community event with milestone where all players will contribute to the prizes kinda disappointed its a grind

That's why these "balance changes" aren't actual changes but rather scripted ones just to promote and make the new items seem "powerful"!
