Tbh, I was kind of caught off guard by your high voice at first, but now I'm glad to have watched the whole video. Although I'm german and have been following DTM for multiple years, I still learned some new stuff that I hadn't heard of before. Great stuff, very informative!
Thank god they are just turning them into GT# cars, most of the problem for fans is that there is so many different classes in GT car racing its just confusing. Im a full time sim racer and i still struggle to work out what the go is with anything other then GTE, GT3 and GT4....

Your stat abt perez qualifying is not as important as what he finished the race position at end of race. He has got one win and a podium in 8 races . He is also number three in championships points . So please do some proper research before putting some poor data to drive your preference against actual facts. Albon was no where close in comparison to perez !
First of all, this video was released more than a month ago, when Perez hadn’t won a race, when he hadn’t got a podium, when he wasn’t third in the standings. I actually said ‘in the first 4 races’ when comparing, and while you say the qualifying isn’t as important as the race, Perez qualified P2 in Imola and made a lot of mistakes to finish P12, making him actually look worse. I admit, my research wasn’t 100% in this video for this, but your reasoning for it being slightly wrong isn’t true. When this video was released Perez hadn’t proved himself at RB, and while on some races he was a bit better than Albon which I said wrong, he had much much more experience than Albon did. Please educate yourself.

DTM kinda needs it's own regulations again. We already have the GT Masters here as a GT3 series. These regs also need to be fast so that it does not seem like a downgrade. But they should also be largely based on production cars. And maybe just slow enough that they could run on the Nordschleife again. Also it needs to be cheap to get manufactuers on board. Problem is those objectives collide with each other quite badly. In times where the justification of motorsports is questioned by the public and politics, I don't really have that much hope...
The thing saving DTM is the racing sim Raceroom Racing Experience. With no Group 1 DTM class on grid, DTM now has to compete for attention against other GT series domestic (ADAC, Nurburgring series) and abroad (GTWC). Oh well. At least that means European drivers like the Van Der Linde’s have a more active year, despite the situation going on now.
I like DTM and DTM Trophy. Watching Monza this week on my phone . Catching up on the driver profiles on the DTM RUclips page. Good racing with Ben Green / BMW in the Trophy race. Liam the KiWi in the DTM Ferrari. You've got Mercedes, Audi too.

New (kinda unrealistic) reg idea for DTM. Take the regs of the aussie V8 Supercars. Allow the manufacturers to use their own engines with compareable power/weigth. Enforce a BoP to ensure all engine layouts are competitive. Go back to the Nordschleife which won't be a problem sice it is a Grade 3 circuit just like Bathurst.
that basically means he got kicked out... when did Stoffle Vandorne last drive an F1 car? When he was at Mclaren tho he is the reserve driver at Merc... they gave the seat to george (which is the sensible choice) when lewis was sick

Good vid, in terms of editing you should fit your intro to naturally match with a part of the song instead of just cutting the song. A way you could do this is to cut the music midway through the intro at a possible joke or funny moment. Then reintroduce the music at very low volume at a point that will match with when you show the title card
