They swapped it out for the party Elemental Ressonance ( double pyro, double hydro etc) and honestly good choice, double elements buffs r op
I prefer the elemental resonance, party leader bonus makes it feels like a honkai rip off rather than an inspiration

Yeah but can barely see the seelie. Not only is it tiny, it's green and can blend in with the background. Imagine being colorblind and trying to follow the seelie.
The release seelie is much bigger and still retains that fantasy vibe.

Most people would think that as CBT was the test run thingy most of it wouldn’t seem as interesting as the released. The statues and the constellations are so cool 😭

It looks like they were acquired through stardust and starglitter rather than outright duplicates. That would have meant only having to get the character once.

It's a great thing that they found a much better font to use for the in-game texts because I cannot imagine myself playing Genshin with the ugly font the CBT used.

I love how on the cbt they added the leader team effect based on the character which reminds me of honkai. I wish they kept it tho

"Leader" you get bonuses. Every character has a different bonus. Example: having herrscher of the void (sirin/ kiana)as a team leader adds bigger crit rate or herrscher of thunder (mei) gives bigger lightning damage
I kinda like the medieval feel of the cbt. idk why, it just feels more like an open world exploration.

Their current just feels so cleannnn but the beta feels so interesting like an old game I haven’t played in years
But you can still drag your characters in team set up. Also, those gliders were way cooler in CBT, it's a shame they got rid of them :(

there were 3 closed beta tests, and it was being developed in cbt1. which explains why its not in the video.
As one who took part in the CBT versions, Liyue was not released until the latest CBT.

Memories of how good Genshin was already, and we saw a great potential in this mihoyo game and watched it develop into one of the best games ever
