2019 Ford Explorer Hole in tire - Successful tire repair for customer!

This is a good video of what I have done for this customer. I don't know how this hole got there, but I was able to get the repair kit out and get the tire repaired and filled for him to get back on the road. He doesn't know how it got there, so he only requested someone to repair the tire to get back on the road. I know he is very happy to get back on the road and be able to be stress free without having to go out of his way to get a new tire in the future.

Nice! Do you charge for the plugs? What’s that green tire plug tool? I’ve never seen one before.

I did contact the insurance company and they did add coverage for the tire plug. If you search up pitstop on Amazon, you'll see all the tools they got.
