    Excellent presentation.
Prokinetics are: Metoclopromide, Cisapride, and Erythromycin

But there is no cure and we suffer like crazy. My DCI is only 32, instead of 500-5000. I have innefective motility and disabling airway reflux. It is all a vagus issue. And i read sentences like " there is no pharmacological intervention currently available that would restore the smooth muscle contraction". A true hell on earth.

I suffer from the same thing .
Severe shortness of breath hoarseness of the voice box.
Waking up gasping for air at night even with a CPAP.
      It's hell on Earth x 50

I am really confused which one of these are anti emetic and which one are prokinetics. Also if we give a prokinetic, won't that inc chances of vomiting due to increased motility?

Metoclopramide is a common prokinetic. Prokinetics help empty the stomach by moving its contents further along the GI tract. The theory is: less stomach contents = less vomiting.

Very bad narration and presentation. God knows what you said.... Your concepts seems limited within you which you felt hard to express. Be elaborative and more comprehensive to the audience.

All are prokinetics. 5ht4 agonist doesn't have antiemetic effect while 5ht3 antagonist (read with attention, now i said antagonist) are antiemetics. Macrolide like erythromicin aren't antiemetic. All could be potential antiemetic because of speeding up motility, but the one who are specifical nausea target are D2 antagonist and 5ht3 antagonist.
