@@flyboywbl thanks a lot ! It was long process to discover the issue, but finally was successful. The only way was to reset the FMS Predator 120A esc (11 beeps), then activating reverse of the esc (4 beeps). Of course it wasn’t that simple. Needed to open the edf and pull out the esc to know the brand and searched for its manual and so on. Now all is good. Thanks 👌. Note: my aircraft is FMS Viper 90mm EDF.
Steve, I’ve been trying to figure this out for the past 2 days to setup the same thing on the same plane. I cannot for the life of me figure this out. I tried the same way you did and it won’t work. Doesn’t do anything. Right now if I don’t plug in the single wire it works in forward thrust just fine. When I plug in the reverse wire it stays in reverse and won’t go to forward no matter what I do. Please help
Hi Steve i set up my radio like you did and I still have to give it throttle after I land and put on the switch at the same time. How do I put it in reverse with out using the throttle stick? Just have the switch act as throttle? I sent you the link to how Spektrum does it. Thanks for your time
@@steveschlesinger3459 Thanks Steve that looks like it will work. The other setup I couldn’t use it was in reverse without flipping the switch. I tried to reverse the throttle but still didn’t work. So I put everything back the way I had it just to get it to work. But still had to give throttle while holding the switch. I will try the new setup tomorrow thanks again.
The end user should spend the time and effort to try and sort out their programming issues. It's not difficult. It just takes time. At the end of the day they will understand how they got there and make future programming much easier.
Also here blowing air, not reversed, please help
Steve, can I ask for a special request and show how to setup a FrySky x20 with a IKON2 FBL unit.
Thanks, followed the steps, but unfortunately, still blowing air, not sucking air!!
You have to lower the travel of your momentary (reverse channel) switch.
