I don’t know about anyone else but I loved seeing you turn your script, it showed so deeply how serious you take educating us and i wholeheartedly appreciate that you do genuinely want to share your knowledge. Please know that your efforts are noticed and incredibly appreciated.
Hi! Love the short format, but love the longer one more just because I'm a nerd and can sit in a classroom for longer than 10 minutes 🤭. Thanks for this one though, it was good ❤
I honestly wish brands would come up with different types of packaging and reduce waste overall, I’m kinda over the single use packaging which a lot can’t be recycled or give us refillable packaging where they send you a pouch to refill and you send it back so they can disinfect and reuse it.
It’s so amazing that after all these years…. there is a derm that is honest and transparent about all the information she passes on to us♥️⭐️🙏🏼 I love tht as a 63 yr old woman on a fixed income, she always has affordable options as well Thank you!
Devoted Nerd here. Love the short and long form here. Your suggestions are so helpful when I hit a store with 35 spf's or anti-aging products. Still loving your Dr. Idriss products and looking forward to another Pillow Talk, next week.
I can appreciate the fast format but as someone who suffers from the redness of kp I would of liked to know a little more. Also as someone who has abused their body by not using sunscreen when I was younger, I would love to learn more about how to treat crepe skin. Love all you do and look forward to all your videos!
Good morning - love the hair! I like the longer videos. So much info…I refer to them like a library. When I rewatch, I am always reminded of something I had forgotten about. Have a great weekend!
I’ll take any info I can get but dedicated videos to each issue with a deep dive on the science of why it happens, how to treat it, and recommend products is always my favorite. Those type of videos from you helped me tame my rosacea with minimal recourse from my skin.
This was great! But I especially enjoy your longer format videos because I’m all about putting these on while I’m winding down for the evening or getting ready for my day! ❤ you always have a wealth of skinformation to share and I need all the knowledge I can get! Thanks for making these!
I just found you and have binged watched your videos for 2 days now. I have rosacea too. I have been treating my skin all wrong! All I can say is Thank you. Seriously. Thank you for making these videos
Used to be prone to body acne at the upper back... Started doing cupping every 3 to 4mths, use aveeno daily moisturing body wash, Neutrogena salicylic body wash, cerave body moisturizer and cerave or ordinary retinol
I LOVE your videos. Because you always have science to back up your claims and you actually provide sources for the facts you use. There’s so many people just recommending products and makings claims because someone or some study said something 🙄
Thank you! I have been stepping up my bodycare and really notice a difference. I would love content on psoriasis as well, but understand maybe not a lot of people have that condition. Best wishes.
Thank you for this wonderful video. I just wanted to say I didn't mind this video being a little shorter but I watch to learn and I really don't mind watching you give us knowledge for 15-20 minutes. Just wanted to share that.
I love long videos but honestly, every video you make educates me on something. This was a nice length to watch while eating my lunch. Thank you for so generously sharing your valuable knowledge with us.
Your product recommendations are so amazing. Because of you, I started using the Atoderm and my skin (including my face)has been so happy. About a month ago, I added Glytone for my keratosis pilaris on my legs and Amilactin daily. Game changer for my KP. I’ve mostly stopped picking at them. And hopefully soon I can get a smooth shave.
More videos on LED mask/ treatment and face masks please. I feel like we need a deep dive in toners or face masks- I understand they are not an integral part of the daily routine but I would love to be educated on these products so I can incorporate them accordingly.
Thank you for the tip about the salicylic acid spray after working out! I will try that. I like the Gold Bond retinol body lotion, but now I’m using the Naturium retinol body lotion. I think it absorbs better. I’m also loving the Vaseline RadiantX body lotion with Matrixyl 3000 and 1% niacinamide.
I adore you. New Nerd here, and you have a new fan for life!!!!!! You give so much helpful information!!!!! I love how real you are. I’d be your patient if I lived I. Your area, and I’m picky (former RN here).
love you from argentina!!! I search the products, check the ones that I can find here in my country, and ...i love you. That's all! So much info and tips!
Could you talk about varicose eczema and ways to keep the skin happy? Have a feeling it's way more common than we think. Love, love, love your videos, especially the longer format ones🙏💖
I appreciate that you have notes in front of you. It shows that you want to make sure to actually share facts. ❤ I’ve been a big fan of the Nivea Q10 for years and have recently gotten into the Gold Bond Age Renew products. My thighs are starting to look crepey but I’m wondering if you could speak to the primary difference between the Crepe Corrector and the Retinol Overnight versions. 💋
Dr Dray has a recent gold bond lotion review video and she goes over those two. But shs did say in the comments, for folks who asked, if it came down to the crepe or retinol which should they choose, she said the retinol.
@@shereeneidrisshands.. top of the hand. You’ve already got me wearing long sleeve cotton top while driving but the hands are hard bc we wash them SO OFTEN 😊
@shereeneidriss to be honest ,I watch your each and every video or short stories regardless relevant to me or not . But one thing which bothers me alot is that I have sensitive skin my skin reacts for several products very easily , so tell something for post acne marks and hyperpigmentation.
You are so incredibly helpful & informative! * Answers please: - Can/should you apply Vitamin C and Niacinamide at same time? - Can I use your (or other) Vitamin C moisturizers under Suncreen or too thick? Vit C serum only? - What about Glycolic Acid with VitC or Niacinamide? Thanks so much!
Would love to see suggestions for skincare during pregnancy. What ingredients are safe, what to avoid, are retinol alternatives worth it...Thank you, love watching your videos, I've learned so much!
I was using the First Aid beauty KP for a while. Works great but gets pricey. I'm now using the Cetephil Rough and Bumpy post shower and the Gold bond Retinol at night. Loving the results.
I'm all in for the long format, the longer the better but of course i enjoyed this one too. I have those bumps on the back of my arms, not many but i have them and i started to use from CeraVe the SA smoothing cream and it truly makes a difference. Btw i love the hair ❤
i used Ampactin when i was younger for my kp, i didn’t notice any difference in my arms and legs, or my face. i used it on my face and went in the sun for hours, and didn’t use sunscreen. i got a really bad burn on my nose that left a spot that didn’t go away for years. when i got home i read the bottle and it said will make skin sensitive to sun. i was so mad, it finally went away maybe 6 years later. i never used it again for my face. and didn’t continue using amlactin at all.
Been struggling with Eczema on my body lately and found it difficult to get some of these products - some great drugstore solutions though were Eucerin Ato Control shower oil, or EpiMax Oatmeal Wash, and then to lock it all in afterwards Vaseline Atopi Rescue Cream was a real game changer.
Love your videos and like either of your formats, fast or slow! Would love to see you “swatch” each product so that we can see the consistency and get your feedback on whether the product is rich, creamy, gel-like, etc. and whether you think the ingredients would work best for dry, oily, all skin.
Love all of your videos & I am always taking notes. I just added hibicleanse to my routine, and knowing that if I use it in my armpits it can help w body odor , I’m thrilled. I’m a staunch natural deodorant user so, I’ll take the advantage 😂
1:32 OIL Q: lip oil has been trending/popular but doesn’t oil hurt the skin especially in the sun? I have not seen a lip oil with SPF, and skin on our lips is already sensitive right? So isn’t lip oil like baking our lips in the sun the way you would in the 80’s with body oil then get sunburnt? Haven’t seen anyone else ask this question so if I am a unicorn questioner on this specific topic I must take the opportunity to coin my own question on 6/27/24 11:56AM EST
Love how informative this is and how many peoduct recommendations are provided. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to give more visuals (whether it;s a table, diagram, or clip animation). Think Doctorly and Beauty Within. This helps me focus + I can keep screenshots of very important parts whenever I try something that is recommended in a video. But that may just be me
I have curly hair whenever I shower and do my hair I like to play ur video while I do my hair because it take long time to do it and inform myself I do enjoy the long video for the sake of watching u and while doing my hair lol
My niece suffers from severe skin issues surrounding her eyes, behind her knees, her inner elbows and her lips are so dry. She's seen specialists and they've recommended an ointment and antihistamine everyday. I wish she could see you.
I LOVE your videos!! Quick question!! Can you use a glycolic acid exfoliant on molluscum? Both of my daughters have it, one for well over a year. She got Catharidin treatments it was so severe. But new ones keep coming on their neck and chin!! And kids are mean. Lol
I personally found Bioderma’s oil cleanser SO drying, but Naturium The Glow Getter body wash was an absolute game changer. Only body wash that doesn’t leave me feeling dry and itchy
Any chance you could put links for us U.K. nerds? Not all products a sold in the U.K. LOVE YOUR CHANNEL!!! ❤❤ Advice please - I’m 58 - with fine lines & a little bit of rosacea. My skin is not particularly sensitive. I get a prescription from Skin & Me. Been using this daily for a year. Tretinoin (0.027%): Niacinamide (4%): Azelaic Acid (4%): Does the balance look ok to you? ❤
Do you think it would be possible to include an estimate on how long it takes to see effects on certain conditions? Or does it differ too much from person to person to be able to say? Anyway love your videos and thank you for existing!
Hi Doc! thanks for the tips, I also like the glycolic acid by the ordinary for getting a smoother body skin. Also please please lemme know the nail paint shade you are wearing! its SO CUTE!
Thanks for the great info :) As for the question of longer or shorter formats, I enjoy the longer formats more - you sure packed in so much in your video but it was very fast paced and seemed rushed. I really like it when you are more conversational and give us a bit deeper dive. How did you feel doing the short form?
I don’t know about anyone else but I loved seeing you turn your script, it showed so deeply how serious you take educating us and i wholeheartedly appreciate that you do genuinely want to share your knowledge. Please know that your efforts are noticed and incredibly appreciated.
I AGREE
Long videos all the way! They’re never boring or drag on. Every bit of it is informational and fun to watch

She has on her channel a whole video dedicated just to KP, you can check it out
Crepe skin can be treated by retinol body lotion
Gold Bond overnight retinol lotion is cheap & highly effective. I'm 48...no crepiness, no chicken skin, skin is smooth as a baby's butt.
I like the shorter videos! I have ADHD and it’s sometimes difficult for me to pay attention for a long time. This was great for me!
Good morning - love the hair! I like the longer videos. So much info…I refer to them like a library. When I rewatch, I am always reminded of something I had forgotten about. Have a great weekend!

Thanks for all the information!! I love your videos!
As someone with eczema, KP, and generally very sensitive skin, I am so so excited for this one!
I have the same skin type! Quite difficult to deal with
I like longer formats and going into to deep.
So quick and efficient with your words. It’s a bit of a mesmerizing skill within itself.
Thank you for sharing.

I use panoxyl on my armpits after workouts,it’s great for bacteria. Make sure to use white towels, I learn that lesson so as my now tie-dye towels
I also learned this the hard way. RIP to my purple towel & washcloth 😢😂

I use the Gold Bond one and it's especially effective when the weather is a bit dryer you really do notice a difference with and without it!

I bought a differin SA body wash for my arms and back. Omg, 3 washes and it's so much smoother and clearer. Best money ever spent.
Love your curly hair❤❤
