I’d warn lower ranked players about how much patience they might need for some of those workshop maps. For example, Dacia Spring Electric Challenge gets very demanding very quickly even in the bronze to plat levels.
so I’v been doing this training routine in a modified manner (only the time is modified and i don’t do the whole training routine all at once its done over the course of the day so i don’t burn myself out) whenever i could for the past week and man its already giving me Big improvements on car control and ball control and the more i train the more i actually enjoy it to the point i look forward to the next day to see what part of my car control or ball control has gotten better this is a really well thought out training routine which still provides a ton of benefits and improvement even when modified, the key is to push yourself and make as many mistakes as possible while giving it your best as you keep doing this less and less mistakes will happen cause your building muscle memory and the excitement of improvement takes over making the training more enjoyable and easier to dump more time in, the hardest part about training is having fun with it so when you get to that place where its fun big time improvement will happen like it has been for me lol
thank you, I love to see people saying they're enjoying the routine. the more you improve, the more you enjoy training and the more you will do it. That's the best part about Rocket League is seeing improvement in yourself. do you mind me asking what rank you are?
@@TheOneEyedGhoul last i played rank was just before free to play season 14 i was a Low GC player then so GC1 lol i play a lot of casual and private matches with my rocket league facebook group on and off the past couple of years since free to play but recently this past month i’ve been finding myself playing rocket league a lot more then normal so I’v decided to dive headfirst back into my mechanics training with your training routine and been enjoying the game more lately and playing better then I ever have as right now.
Ill be updating how this routine helped in every day. So i will edit the comment daily. Day1 (diamond1): i was playing better in ranked, but my teamates were holding me back. I hit some cool power shots and airials with airol and gladly took a 1 win ahead Day2 still diamond1: but hit a lot of powershors
When doing coco map. I was not understanding how to hit the aim atleast somewhat acxuretly when the car is streight at the ball. Could u explain how to do that so i can practice ir
While I can’t say for sure. I would recommend doing it all in one go, however, I understand some people don’t have to time to do 2 hours of straight training a day. So I would say find what suits you best, the differences are most likely quite minimal so do what you’re happy with doing and what will make you consistently work to improve

yeah that is true, however I also think that's how rocket league is in general, you need a lot of patience to see improvements in this game
Love this! I was in a rutt and had gone down from around c3 to c1 in 2 days and decided to warm up like this and instantly started playing better.

doing this routine over the summer with my free time. Well made video and routine!!!
I love the idea of this routine! Start off with car control and move towards ball control in the end. Very useful
Thank you! I always think it’s important to train off the ball before you start with the ball. Just always made a lot of sense for me

Do you think doing this in 1 go or spreading it out over the day makes a difference on improvement speed?
