I think you can get a bus to Tagaytay and ask them to drop you off at the outlet. I am not sure about that, but I saw it on their website www.aciendadesigneroutlet.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/4-500x500.jpg

The windmill in the shopping mall is great! The roof-like structure in front of the shop is also unique! Unique shopping mall!
