This is pretty random but I just really want to say something. I love G-Dragon, not just because he's an awesome rapper and a really cool guy, but because he also know's when to tone it down. He know's he's famous, sure, but he also knows when to stay out of the spot light and that really makes me respect him for that. I mean, GD, as not only the leader of Big Bang, but a solo artist as well, is very well known of course so many people's eyes would naturally land on him, but in this performance I really respect that he tend's to stay behind Taeyang or stay in the darker area's of the stage and only adding small adlibs every now and then to keep it interesting. Too many featured artists now-a-days try to make everything about themselves so this brings a genuine smile to my face.

However, as i learnt more about them, I eventually fall for him instead and it was all because of the little things that he does sub-consciously. The 90-degree bow to whoever, the fact that he doesn't try to steal the spotlight from his members in any interviews/ events/ shows, generously mentoring his juniors, shares his spotlight with others, very appreciative, humble, hardworking, helpful and considerate. I can go on and on but I will stop here. =)
+lizzy20161 I feel the same way too! :) And that's one of the reason why the rest of the Bigbang members never get jealous of what he had achieve instead respect him truly that made his co-members stay and believe in him no matter what. Being a one of a kind friend was there also, all the time.
if this song was released this year, this song will probably make it to the world. especially, social media is a trend now. BUT ofcourse, even without these media bigbang always made it to the top. its just sad, that the quality of the songs in this generation is so damn gone. i mean look at these kings, recorded or live. their voice is the same. Just wow! no kpop group can surpass these performance. (bigabng performance)
Im not bragging but i think no one has ever surpassed bigbang yet when it comes to music in kpop. I mean, yeah, there are a lot of great kpop artist today but bigbang just another level. I havent encountered a kpop artist that has the same level of music as them. And its coming from a person whos listening to kpop since 10 years ago😏
Bigbang may have been inspirations for alot of these idols & groups, but in all honesty, no one has surpassed them. Yes EXO was their main competition for awhile & they're amazing. But theres something about Bigbang that no other group has

GD & Taeyang is by far my favorite sub unit that YG has ever created. They might have different charisma and vibe but together they really complement each other. G Dragon tends to make things heated up, but Taeyang has this breezy vibe that somehow makes GD seems and sounds more calm. It's really a perfect combination. GD and TOP is great too but both of them are.. I don't know how to say this more nicely but when those 2 perform, it's not exactly amazing. Like both of them looks like they're fighting to take leads of the song, they're just both TOO strong for each other. Taeyang is the perfect partner for GD. He's not perfect, but GD covered his lacking part and when GD tends to overdo things, Taeyang is always ready to take lead and make the whole song sounds perfect. It's like when you eat something so spicy (even though it does taste good) but at the end of the day you still need water to neutralize the taste in your mouth. GD's like the spicy thing and Taeyang is like the water. They complete each other perfectly.
+- Totally agree with the spicy and water part but for GD and TOP, because they are both strong they emit dazzling sparks when they rap together to me. Just in my point of view :)
+Weilun Pang I understand your point. I wasn't saying that GD & TOP are terrible or anything, I was just not feeling their sub unit. They made awesome rocking songs together but it's really distracting when it's just them on stage. TOP is a very strong rapper with an intimidating image and GD is way too strong to balance him off because he's G Dragon, you know? What do you really expect? Even when he's only for like 5 seconds on the stage, people will turn their heads for him because of his stage presence. When you put someone like GD on the same stage as this handsome talented rapper, people can't help but felt a bit of a confusion because there's just too many things going on. It'd better if TOP is having a sub unit with Seungri or Daesung. They'll be the perfect partner for him because he's unpredictable and they both will make the situation more smooth on stage.
I actually feel the same! While GTOP gives those killer and badass aura, GDYB is smooth and perfectly balance. I love how GD bring up the hype while Taeyang goes along with the melody- they are perfect combination!
+Namira Dila Exactly. GTOP are badass and they're so rocking full on swag but it really doesn't go well with each other, it's just too strong and it has no balance. Taeyang is always the one who can manage to control and sometimes take over the song when partnered up with GD and probably the only one in Big Bang who can be having the same attention as what GD is getting when they're both on stage. It's good that he's not overshadowing Taeyang at all and let him shine and it's also a good thing that Taeyang tends to makes GD's stage looks more balanced.
I don't know why people complain. GD and YB together on stage with that perfect song was so happy and I teared up a little. Who wouldn't like to perform a song of their new album with their BEST FRIEND? Sharing happiness is so much better.. ♥

The reason I love BigBang because they are truly talented, not only singing but also compose and writing song (+teddy), their level is same as the western singers :). IT IS Legend. I think Taeyang have the best live vocal in Korea. He's not idol for me. He really showing the best ability and 100 % feelings when he sings. So much passion in him. Whole album is genius and all songs create different charm. I love eyes, nose, lips and i'm soo happy that this is first title song. YB show the best of his vocals in this. He can just stand there and sing i can't take my eyes of him cuz this is so amazing and powerful. I might not understand Korean but this song move my heart so much. And GDYB feels are soo strong :) I love when they perform together. cuz this is like alpha and omega. They can create something full with each other. Taeyang is great but there's many idols who have better vocal than him. Idols don't automatically mean bad singers. However Taeyang is not only good at singing but also dancing and his music is amazing. He deserves more recognition.
I wouldnt say he has THE best vocal, but more like one of the best live vocals. Try listening to FTisland's Lee HongKi, SHINee's Jonghyun, TVXQ / JYJ, ailee and hyorin. They have amazing live vocals as well.

G Dragon tends to make things heated up, but Taeyang has this breezy vibe that somehow makes GD seems and sounds more calm. It's really a perfect combination. GD and TOP is great too but both of them are.. I don't know how to say this more nicely but when those 2 perform, it's not exactly amazing. Like both of them looks like they're fighting to take leads of the song, they're just both TOO strong for each other. Taeyang is the perfect partner for GD. He's not perfect, but GD covered his lacking part and when GD tends to overdo things, Taeyang is always ready to take lead and make the whole song sounds perfect. It's like when you eat something so spicy (even though it does taste good) but at the end of the day you still need water to neutralize the taste in your mouth. GD's like the spicy thing and Taeyang is like the water. They complete each other perfectly.
+- Totally agree with the spicy and water part but for GD and TOP, because they are both strong they emit dazzling sparks when they rap together to me. Just in my point of view :)

+Weilun Pang I understand your point. I wasn't saying that GD & TOP are terrible or anything, I was just not feeling their sub unit. They made awesome rocking songs together but it's really distracting when it's just them on stage. TOP is a very strong rapper with an intimidating image and GD is way too strong to balance him off because he's G Dragon, you know? What do you really expect? Even when he's only for like 5 seconds on the stage, people will turn their heads for him because of his stage presence. When you put someone like GD on the same stage as this handsome talented rapper, people can't help but felt a bit of a confusion because there's just too many things going on. It'd better if TOP is having a sub unit with Seungri or Daesung. They'll be the perfect partner for him because he's unpredictable and they both will make the situation more smooth on stage.
I actually feel the same! While GTOP gives those killer and badass aura, GDYB is smooth and perfectly balance. I love how GD bring up the hype while Taeyang goes along with the melody- they are perfect combination!
+Namira Dila Exactly. GTOP are badass and they're so rocking full on swag but it really doesn't go well with each other, it's just too strong and it has no balance. Taeyang is always the one who can manage to control and sometimes take over the song when partnered up with GD and probably the only one in Big Bang who can be having the same attention as what GD is getting when they're both on stage. It's good that he's not overshadowing Taeyang at all and let him shine and it's also a good thing that Taeyang tends to makes GD's stage looks more balanced.

The reason I love BigBang because they are truly talented, not only singing but also compose and writing song (+teddy), their level is same as the western singers :). IT IS Legend. I think Taeyang have the best live vocal in Korea. He's not idol for me. He really showing the best ability and 100 % feelings when he sings. So much passion in him. Whole album is genius and all songs create different charm. I love eyes, nose, lips and i'm soo happy that this is first title song. YB show the best of his vocals in this. He can just stand there and sing i can't take my eyes of him cuz this is so amazing and powerful. I might not understand Korean but this song move my heart so much. And GDYB feels are soo strong :) I love when they perform together. cuz this is like alpha and omega. They can create something full with each other. Stay with me little reminds me GD and Lydia song from his ep. But this is more softer and YB voice just killing me. Now i need whole BB comeback and i will be living happy :D
Taeyang is great but there's many idols who have better vocal than him. Idols don't automatically mean bad singers. However Taeyang is not only good at singing but also dancing and his music is amazing. He deserves more recognition.

I wouldnt say he has THE best vocal, but more like one of the best live vocals. Try listening to FTisland's Lee HongKi, SHINee's Jonghyun, TVXQ / JYJ, ailee and hyorin. They have amazing live vocals as well.
