- FRANCE 24 spoke to Kerry Kennedy, president of the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights organisation. She's one of the 11 children of Robert F. Kennedy, who was assassinated in 1968 - five years after his brother, then president John F. Kennedy. Kerry Kennedy's brother, Robert F. Kennedy Jr, is now running for president as an independent candidate. Like most of the Kennedys, Kerry supports President Joe Biden's re-election bid. Warning that the "world order" would be at risk with a new Trump presidency, she called the November vote "the most important presidential election in our lifetime". "There is no chance that Bobby could win this election," she noted, expressing concern that her brother could take crucial votes from Biden. "We need every Biden vote to go to Biden," she told FRANCE 24, urging her brother to "drop from the race".

Every citizen owns his/her own vote and it is his/hers to cast as he/she chooses. Therefore, when each vote is cast, it is not “taken” or “stolen” from any other candidate regardless of which party that candidate represents or which party such person has previously voted for. It is the right and the responsibility of each voter to study and carefully consider the welfare of our country under the leadership of each candidate.
Robert F Kennedy Jr is working very hard to earn the votes of people who care about this country and want to experience his leadership. I will not vote out of fear. I CHOOSE to vote for RFK Jr.
