The 14 should have been 120hz. I think that was a mistake trying to push all the new features to the Pro. I like how Samsung does the S23 and S23+ where it’s basically the same features and just ups the screen size. Apple should follow that idea.

The 13 pro max was the last actual jump in tech for iPhone even with the 15 out. As a 13 pro max owner, I don’t plan on getting another till 17 or 18
At the time everyone just said it was an iPhone 12S, but this is probably the goat iPhone. The battery is insane.

Go for 14, here’s what many reviewers don’t tell
1. It has auto focus on front camera (trust me auto focus makes taking picture from front a lot better)iphone 14has f1.9 while 13 has f2.2, that makes iphone 14 really good for low light selfies.
2. It has 6gb of ram compared to 4, which gonna help in better app management in background
3. On main camera ip14 has f1.5 while 13 has f1.6 again it aint much but from photography stand of view its a very good improvements
4. 14 can shoot cinematic
Videos at 4K 30fps, 24fps, 1080p 60fps while 13 can only shoot at 1080p 30fps
5. 14 has action mode that makes super stable shots,
6. Also if you damage ur phone, iphone 14 is way easier and cheaper to repair since it opens from the back side, compared to 13 that opens from the front risking even damaging the display

@@emi-bs9rv Cause Apple has dropped software support on the basis of Ram. iPhone 6 and Ipad Mini 4 both use A8 chip and Mini 4 got 3 versions of IOS more than iPhone 6 because it had 1GB more RAM.

IMO the iPhone 14 doesn’t come with the sim ejector, while the 13 does, so I feel like the 13 is better 😊

i think 13 is a better deal - or if you want to save some more money, you can buy them iphone SE. It has same chipset with iphone 13 and 14 so you don’t have to worry running a basic apps.

All you’re doing paying for the 14 is the same thing as the 13 it’s got the same chipset as the 13 probably on purpose to make people get the 14 pro models
It has an extra gpu core which yeah doesnt really make much of a difference. Basically the 13 pro cpu. But what most people seem to be forgetting about is the major differences INSIDE the phone. To repair it it is now half the price to repair the 13 and also has better thermal management. Camera is slightly better and has 6gb vs 4gb ram on 13. Also has some new safety features which i wouldnt buy a phone for but nice to have.
1 more of battery and 6gb of ram instead of 4 also barley cost more
14 has 6 gigs of RAM. Better for multitasking and certain games that need more.

Actually it’s the same processor just with an additional core to be very slightly faster in benchmarks, so not real world use.
ONE extra gpu core, you’re only gonna notice it in gaming, theoretically. But it’s pretty hard to tell a difference
I almost decided to buy a 14 🤣💀 yup getting a 13 it is 😎✨ I’m still good on my iPhone 8 Plus lol, had this since highschool.
I feel like only Children really care about those minor differences. Adults play AAA games on their consoles or PCs, its a phone not a steamdeck, its obviously gonna have its limitations. It really comes down to making the responsible puchasing decision that fits your needs. If you don't play games or do video editing on your phone, why would you need to spend extra money for more ram? If you don't take photography that seriously and are content with the 4K 60FPS videos your phone already captures, why would u spend extra money for slightly better cameras. At the end of the day, 13 and up is a great phone for people upgrading from 11 and under, because they're all gonna be snappy and responsive in 5 years. 6GB of RAM or not.
