He refused to be less good than Markus, so since Markus went to the gym a lot, he also started doing that. He explained that a usual day would start with them going to the gym, then they had a lesson in school, then they ate around 10.30, then they had another lesson or some hockey training, then around 14.00 they ate again, then hockey training again with the A-team, then they went home and ate again.. they practiced and did gym exercises a lot, he said. He said that he believes that thanks to all the food they ate they could train and gym that much. He says that the influence that Markus Näslund had on him was bigger than most people think.
