I loved my time with the Horizon Blue version. While this design appeals to me (I like that it's a little funky) I found that it really wore more as a "normal" watch. It seemed less "different " as time went on. But this build is excellent quality, and I absolutely love the dynamics this watch easily boasts! ❤
Yours did look great too! (though I'm team Donatello. LOL) I know exactly what you mean. In usage, sure, you still notice things like the bezel when you're looking. But, the case curves surprisingly well into the wrist, it's reasonably thin for a diver, the dial colors/patterns are striking, etc. It all works better than might be initially expected. Cheers
This is a really cool watch. I missed out on the Maru learning about the brand after it was sold out already. Unfortunately my favorite part of this watch is the caseback. It's not for me but I am eagerly looking forward to their next project and hope they stick with their unique styles. The Maru is a super cool watch that I hope to see on the grey market someday and I think the brand is going to go far with these cool bold designs

Some site issues with Kickstarter caused them to delay launch, but it will be proceeding forward as a direct order. They've changed the design a fair amount. Auscar, the brand owner, is a good guy and I'm hoping it's successful for him. Cheers

Wow! Never heard about them before. What a cool watch. They should go full production on this. It kinda looks like early 00's Tag Heuers.
