Unfortunately, the hotel we stayed in doesn't have a direct bus to the airport but they guided us how to purchase the ticket. We ended up going to the designated bus stop by taxi. Oh and it's advisable to queue early at the bus stop because I heard there's a chance you will need to take the next bus if it's full, and during our time the bus only allow 1 luggage per person.
Reserved seats from online is only for selected buses / stops I think. Our airport bus stop was from Ginza and the numbered seats are not available until we got on the bus.

Thank you so much! I thought all rice dish poured with tea is ochazuke 😆 Silly me. I will note this and order hitsumabushi again~
