I got the cobra class 4 and for the life of me I can’t keep the needle threaded. Also I didn’t get a manual on the motor control, was hoping you could give any pointers

You should be starting out with 4 to 5 inches of extra thread past the needle to begin and then hold onto the extra thread for the first couple stitches. Then after sewing pull out 4 to 5 inches before cutting the thread off. Hope this helps.
