@@riven4121 i feel like the steelcaps and merc upgrades are weak compared to others. they just give you a shield with a mediocre cooldown. mages get flat+percent pen as if void's %40 pen is not enough, shit's crazy and MR is once again a myth
@@reculi For Riven the shield stops her from existing. She doesn't deal %HP damage or mixed damage to mitigate or bypass the shield so against a anything with that item, you are basically fighting a brick wall. Riven is cucked by Tabis twice as hard as most top laners.
