I suppose you can call it a crossover with today's rule, but its not the ball nor the dribbleing causing the shake, but the hand shove. Kyrie is a beast with the ball and truly crossing over people.
in this video, it shows the different between handballers in the 80's and 90's vs year 2000+ handballers back then will do a sick crossover and pass the ball, handballers from 2000 and present will do an unlimited crossover and try to make a basket.
Iverson and Jason Williams had to be so much better with their handles than players these days because they had to compensate for how big their jerseys and Shorts were idk if u ever tried to dribble between your legs with baggy ass shorts on but its a skill that takes lots of practice

I always thought the Iverson one vs. Jordan was over-hyped. A good-to-elite offensive player can get off a shot against a good-to-elite defensive player at least 80% of the time. That's pretty much what happened here. Iverson expended a lot of effort to get off a CONTESTED shot and then he made it. The way some people react, it's as if they think Iverson did to MJ something like what Harden did to Wesley Matthews or something. But Jordan CONTESTED the shot. He didn't get his ankles broken or anything. Good offense beats good defense. That's all this was, nothing more.
What makes it so special because Iverson changed the NBA...Jordan was the player Iverson idolized and he always said if I make it 2 the NBA I'm gonna try my move on #MYIDOL hence the results 😂
