I'm sure that there're many people who feel as if they don't belong in various situations and positions, such as sexual identity, discrimination, bullying, harassment, etc., and that they're not a part of anyone else's life. I believe that this event'll be an opportunity for each of us to realize this as our own personal matters, or to broaden our perspectives. His mother's compassion and love that accepts everything as it is, and the phrase "like is like is good"......only his own experiences can convey the weight or depth of these words. I was impressed by his thought-provoking discussion on the view of mutual understanding, which may be useful in the field of war and peace negotiations.
