Operation of LC filter for rectifier or Simulation of LC filter for rectifier in multisim is explain in detail. The first section of the LC filter for rectifier explain how to make rectifier with lc filter and rectifier without lc filter circuit in multisim. The next sections explain about theoretical aspects of LC filter. The combination of inductor and capacitor is used to filter the ac signal from the dc. The inductor is connected in series and the capacitor is connected in parallel with the load. Then the next thing explains about simulating LC filter in multisim software. To see the results the oscilloscope is connected to the output of rectifier with LC filter and rectifier without LC filter.
