You can really see how even the oldest members respects him as a leader, I mean who wouldn't right? Sometimes even by just looking at them, he can already manage them. There's so much pressure and responsibilities in his shoulder but he's carrying and handling it very well. Jungwon's doing great and I hope he knows that. President Yang is the best!

Kudos to the members too.. They really respect him that they listen to everything he says. Being a maknae it's easy to not follow him if they really wanted too seeing they are older.

Being the leader is the hardest because he could be blamed first if there's issues with the group. I totally admire the leaders for taking on so much responsibility. Jungwon is doing a great job keeping it together, leading and not losing his cool when frustrated. Idk if I could.
