I gave mains in 2023, couldn’t clear prelims this year despite scoring around 96. This has been the shock of my life. Next year will be my 4th attempt. While starting I never even imagined of giving upsc 4 times but here we are 🙃. The pressure now is so immense, I cry myself to sleep every 3rd day.

I have seen you growing, growing from an aspirant to a teacher, growing from an amazing student who was always disciplined and opened this youtube because he was at the lowest that time. This youtube growth is not the result of anything but your hardwork. The perseverance in you to bring out the cutting truthful life of an aspirant was daunting to me. I was always in awe about your plans and how you managed to be so good with study trackers . You made it shivin till here because you thought about the aspirants. Aspirants like you, aspirants like me. I am proud of you. No matter what people say, see it's a time, it will pass away. I'm 25 now. I have quit UPSC. After 2 attemps in 2022 & 2023, could not even clear prelims. I was shattered after my 2nd failed attempt. After that I started giving other state level exams and in Jan 2024 I got a job. Now I'm preparing for state PCS with a job in hand. Gave this year's prelims just bc I had applied for it but the peace of mind I had after coming from exam hall was unimaginable after those 2 attempts of hectic preparation. So please get a stable job first and then enter this unstable and unreliable exam cycle (also don't forget to exit this exam cycle on time also)
Respected sir, i feel disheartened after listening your voice msg on tg but i also believe that you are very strong to overcome negativity. You were the only one supporting students out of the way and you dont have to feel ashamed or anything just because of a very few sadists. Girl students who were not responsible or involved whatsoever for the tragedy received rape and death threats online. The media sensationalised the death like a crime thriller. A few weeks later all was forgotten. No one cared. Only the family that lost their child remembered and continued to suffer. Unfortunately sir hatred, negativity, toxicity bhari padi hai dunia me. Just one request iske lie ap please andar se toot mat jana. I hope you know how many people respect and admire you, rely on you. Greetings Sir, I am unable to configure the time slot for optional preparation as I am studying 2 gs subjects per day which takes around 6-7 hours besides newspaper, magazines and pyq analysis, answer writing all together making it 10 hour minimum. Sir, I'm not able to write answers on my own. Last year, I wrote previous year questions for all GS papers with the help of a book, thinking that this year I would be able to write on my own, but this is not happening. I still rely on books. What should I do now? I'm very afraid of writing mains because I can't write without the help of a book or Google. Last year, I took coaching and I have notes from there, but I'm only following those notes and feel that they are not sufficient. How can I learn from those notes or a book? This is also my problem. I'm from a maths background and I'm facing difficulty in learning and reproducing information in the answer sheet.
Revise the content 2, 3 times and then make your own short notes. To understand how to write answers read toppers copies And before writing answer catch the keyword then recall what you have read about it, and then interlink things(think) and write answer. Hope this will be helpful
Only following coaching notes is not sufficient you must read some basic books like M. laxmikanth for polity, geo-11th, 12th ncert etc. Then you can go for coaching notes

However, those notes do not meet the demand, and I find them insufficient for writing answers. Additionally, the notes are in paragraph format, and the examples are also old. But I have already made them. Now I'm confused about how to fill the gaps in those notes.

Dont overstress yourself. Control the things under your control i.e your studies. Do you duties well and results will come along.

You can use chatgpt to find examples on various topics.. baaki toh 1 saal mei Newspaper + magazines se collect hojate hai examples.
