IIM A, B gives importance to acads especially IIM b, hence the more your acads are, higher the chances are. But FMS AND IIM C don't give too much emphasize on your past acads. If ur past acads are not good focus on the later colleges by increasing cat score(FMS), and by gaining work ex(IIM c)
