I did get this for my cruise in December! I’m disappointed about Richards sail away partying! I watch your video when you were in a regular room so seems still worth it for that reason alone❤
As a volunteer medic, I heard the food perk and immediately thought of allergies. A nice touch that can backfire, ruining a fantastic experience. Maybe providing sailor loot/bar tab that gets matched would be the way to go.
Good review thanks! We just sailed on Scarlet Lady for our fist Virgin cruise and loved it. I saw this on the app as we were waiting to sail but was sold out. Just booked our second cruise, going in January and I went ahead and jumped on this only because it was sold out last time and it’s limited to only 75 cabins. I did notice every time we went by the juice bar on our last cruise it was always closed. Hopefully that’s not the case for this upcoming cruise or we will not benefit from that perk of the package. We did experience some embarkation delays even though we had an early time so maybe this will expedite that as well. Do they assign us a specific time since we have this package for embarkation or do we still have to select a time? Overall, we love Virgin can’t wait for the next.
Hi! In my sailings, romance passengers board right after suite guests. So you’ll want to be at the port as soon as they start the boarding process. Thank you so much for your comment!
Good question! On the website it says that the package is limited to 90 cabins per voyage. And it doesn’t mention two sailors. So I think you could pay the $200 and get the package. I would call to inquire how that works.
They only have pricing for two. But if you’re staying solo I’m assuming you could purchase for the couple price. And then you should get two of everything.

I will do as you suggest and call them to see if it may still be available. Btw calling Virgin is a joy. On Princess you wait for hours. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes and in every case, they could address my problem without having to call to another department. First class customer service.
I have a question for anyone. If I already have a 2pm check-in for an upcoming sailing, does the "priority" even make a difference? I have seen blogs say that sometimes boarding for rockstars can begin around noon, therefore making this worth the cost. Has anyone seen this?
I haven’t seen this. We have been rock stars three times and have been allowed to board at 2 pm each time. In my experience a 2 pm boarding time will allow you to board after rock stars, splash of romance and loyalty club passengers.

So do you get a shake for champagne for free? Because i know anyone can do the shake for champagne, but im not understanding the perk for the romance package
I purchased splash of romance and I online chatted with sailor services today and they told me I could not board early. I have to board at my 3:15 time. They said there is a designated line for SOR and that’s it. We can’t board early. 😢 I purchased it mainly for early boarding and shake for champagne.

Richard's deck doesn't look all that great, the views are obscured, the walls are really high then there are glass shields that go even higher? The decor is ugly. It's very plain, no color, it looks boring. I guess if you want a special spot with less people you've got it but gees it sure doesn't look like it's something exclusive. I was expecting it to be really fancy.

I just added this to my trip and the sailor services rep told me to disregard my boarding time on the app and arrive at 1:45pm. Definitely worth it!

I think this was originally called the VIP package. I wonder if you book it as a solo sailor will the give you two 3 hour slots.
