I'd like to point a few things out Mamba. Shanks' 3rd normal is weird, you kinda have to attack from a distance to knock Roger off the flag. Also, his skill 1 is knock-back, so it claps the Roger's on the flag.
Fr shanks is just the absolute roger's counter.. There is litteraly nothing a roger v2 can do against an fr shanks if both are same lvl players, nothing, shanks absolutely obliterate him 100%, the only way for roger to win is to pray that shanks will be dumb enough to hit him during his running skill. Roger has nothing against haki, nothing against permanent damage. Shanks heals himself on stun (45% from normal attacks when roger is capturing), knockback with normals, ignore dmg réduction on skills, infinite stack on zero anti knockback roger AND he can follow roger's running skill with his own running skill ! Shanks is for roger what zoro is for shanks
